Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Having to sign up to get “free” internet..which I didn’t do. I don’t ming signing up but requiring a phone number would result in endless texts. Occasional would be okay but companies deluge you as if you travel everyday.

Staff was extremely helpful . Hotel was clean. Rooms had everything for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was hands down the best for a free breakfast. Staff made sure there was plenty of food available.

Pros:

Rooms were clean and the suite was very spacious. Breakfast was good, lots of options. Coffee and tea bar was lovely. Location is very good, there are lots of amenities around it.

Cons:

Pool water was green and cold. The front desk staff at check in were not very friendly, wouldn’t bring towels to our room, we had to go get them.
No cots available even though we requested one online and were told our requested would be honoured.

Unhappy with conditions.

Cons:

Renovation did not allow the use of the front door. Entrance was from the rear. That night when returning after dinner, there were no parking spaces in the rear. Was not allowed to use front entrance, even though it was raining. Had to park in front lot and walk around to the back of the building. Got soaked.
