Excellent
Pros:

My room was spacious, close to elevator as requested, spanking clean and new looking, quiet, comfy bed, all around pleasing and value priced. Also enjoyed early breakfast before heading out at 7:15. I intend to book again on my return trip north.

Cons:

Perhaps a potato offering at breakfast…I don’t believe I saw one…but the breakfast was quite adequate for travelers.

We had a safe trip to Fredericksburg and we had an enjoyable delicious breakfast the beds were comfortable, but the bath

It was easy to find , part of the staff was as very helpful as caring - Beth , was outstanding in her customer service, she helped out when she he hot water carafe was not a “only Water” use…. The hot water had a coffee residue in it , so she was kind enough to bring hot water from the kitchen for me , and she also was welcoming when we entered the hotel , which was not the case with other staff members :-( so , for us , she and a housekeeper were the most welcoming …. The gentleman who attended to breakfast was also friendly and kind

Cons:

The fact is hat an elevator was out of service for well over 2 weeks before we arrived….. and some of the face cloths are stained and worn out…. And no paper for notes or a pen to write with :-(

Disgusted and uncomfortable

Got bites all over my arms and chest from the bed… idk if it was from bed bugs or dirty sheets but I’m extremely disgusted, and the fire alarm beeped all night.
