Cons:

System down we were unable to even stay. No help from staff to fund other accommodations. Had to drive 45 min out of way to find an available hotel

It was good , we would stay there again.
Pros:

The room was spacious and bathroom was clean , bed was a little firm .

Cons:

Bed . They said we was going to get 50 dollars back when we turned our key cards back in at check out . We have not received the 50 dollars yet .

The room seemed clean for the most part.

Cons:

It’s very confusing to get to because there are two of the exact same ones in the same town. Not much parking, The parking is tight and the place was packed. We couldn’t get any more blankets or pillow when we asked. Woke up with back pain.

The location was very convenient.

Cons:

The front desk personnel. I booked three rooms. Arrived at approx 3:40. One room was ready which my whole family used for what I thought would only be 20 mins since that was the official check in time. Second room became available at 4. Third room not available until 4:30, which was very difficult being I was traveling with my 80 year old mother on a long road trip who just wanted to lay down and nap. Also, her TV was not fully operational and she did have to have someone come to assist but they were unable to. When I indicated to the front desk person that I thought check in was at 4 p.m., he countered by saying that since we were able to get into the one room at 3:40, it all evened out. Did not feel that was appropriate in any way, shape or form. Will never stay at that particular Hampton Inn again.

Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Even though it was for one night, it was enjoyable!
