The bed was super comfy and quite sizable, there is a perfect desk to get ready at, and the bathroom is heavenly!

The price of breckfast ,,I don't eat a big breckfast or my son doesn't eat much and we wanted to share one but had to pay for two witch was 31 euro .

One rude girl working at the bar ruined it for a moment or two. Asked about dinner reservations etc and she couldn’t care less and made it obvious she couldn’t.
Arrived to my room after travelling for 3hrs through back roads to avoid the protesters no bath 8n room given to me, I was so looking forward to a bath after a stressful week working and the trip from west Limerick to Waterford. I went to the receptionist to explain and show her I booked a superior double with a bath, she did say that it says bath or shower on their booking site, but she was super kind and got me a nice cosy room and it had a bath. I went to fill the bath and couldn't figure out why it wasn't filling, when I investigated wasn't the plug stopper worn smooth and cracked I was exhausted and couldn't bother ringing reception to ask for a plug as you would imagine accommodation staff would have been aware of this when cleaning the bath out, it was smooth and cracked like it was years old. Other than that the room was spotless bathroom spotless and bed super cosy tv had a few channels no Netflix on it,, on the remote control alright but not connected to wifi. The car park not sign posted took ages to find it, then it was full, so was informed when I rang reception to park behind the cars in a line to the rear end of parked cars, as when they leave they will be driving forward and I was to the rear of them, I'll just say, if I had got blocked in as there was a car parked in front of me and a van parked right up to the back of my car, but was gone by 9am luckily as I would not have been happy as had an appointment at 10am in Ardmore. Other than that it was good.
Guy out on hotel roof banging a fan like system when I was trying to relax. Plug stopper for bath ripped and broken so had to shove a face cloth in the plug so the bath would fill.

Originally I was put into a room with air conditioning outride, so there was a low level buzz. I am certain you know this because the TV came on the moment Inout the card in the slot for electricity. This would hide the noise, if I hadn’t gone to the window and looked out. However, you did let me change rooms without any issue.
