Staff couldn't do enough for you very polite and helpful.
Unfortunately the Guinness in the hotel bar wasn't great and also the breakfast was a letdown again staff at breakfast where very helpful
Breakfast was excellent and the view of the river and passing boats was a bonus.

Where it’s situated.
Firstly, its parking facilities needs to be addressed…
Secondly, food wasn’t really good. Had fish and chips…chips were okish but the fish was so dry and tasteless…good sized portion but didn’t eat half of it. Wasn’t even asked if I had a problem with it..
Thirdly, the shower door was hanging off when I went for a shower and fell off completely on top of me while I was having a shower..!. This should have been picked up on when the room had been cleaned prior to I staying in it and fixed before the room was used again….!!. Made a complaint at reception when leaving…not even as much as a follow up courtesy call since re all that happened.
Access from the outside rear car park was difficult as there was only multiple stairs to carry our luggage up to reception to check in

Room was great: with view, great beds and shower. Enjoyed free use of gym and pool.
TV was ancient, without internet, and antenna cable was loose causing bad picture. Host said they would fix.

Booked through Booking.com didn't get any breakfast my friend booked her room directly got the room €8 cheaper and got a breakfast. Hotel refused to give breakfast wanted €16 more for breakfast.

Female staff on the front desk was quite rude and dismiissive when checking in. No parking available.
The breakfast was nice the room was very clean and we had a great view of the que from our bedroom. The staff on the reception were very friendly and helpful when asked information The leisure center was clean and indoor pool was nice it was worth getting into for a relaxing swim when i arrived.
I didn't like that there was hardly any room to park the car when we arrived i didn't like the heating not working in the room at night i didn't like that their wasn't bread out to make toast as their was a toaster there. i also didn't like the breakfast not been included in the price for the nights stay.
