The hotel's strong point is the food—it was excellent! We opted for breakfast and dinner; the menu was varied, extensive, and always fresh. Another positive aspect is the hotel's location—close to several mini-markets—and the clean pools, which offer a spectacular view of the sea.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Argosy. We stayed as a couple on a B&B basis, and the whole hotel has a very relaxed, chilled atmosphere. It isn’t adults-only, but there were very few children during our stay, so it still felt very peaceful.

There are three pools: a smaller one that is more for relaxing in the water (or great for little kids), a regular pool, and an adults-only pool. The beach at Hotel President is only about a 5-minute walk away, and Argosy guests get 50% off the sunbeds there – we paid €25 for two sunbeds and an umbrella.

Breakfast was excellent, with genuinely something for everyone. We didn’t have dinner included, but ate several times at the hotel’s Oliva restaurant and the food was great every time.

There is paid public parking right in front of the hotel, but the hotel also has free parking about 800 metres away. An electric shuttle takes you between the parking and the hotel at any time of day or night, so it was never an inconvenience.

We also booked two excursions through the hotel concierge – a jet ski safari and a quad safari in Konavle – and they ended up being some of the absolute highlights of our holiday in Dubrovnik! Both were fantastic experiences and we’re really glad we booked them.

But what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. And I really mean all of them. The shuttle drivers were always smiling, friendly and happy to give us extra information or tips. The reception and concierge staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The housekeeping ladies were wonderful – we often didn’t need our room cleaned, but they knew we liked having coffee in the room, so they would still knock and bring us what we needed. The minibar staff noticed which products we actually used and made sure to restock those. The breakfast team was lovely, especially Mitko, who always had time for a quick chat, a smile or some advice.

Amazing buffet breakfast, Very clean establishment, Massage lady I booked was very talented she fixed my sore neck I forget her name but she was from Nepal.
Lots of lounges and gardens, short walk out the back to the beaches and beach clubs. Bus station just up the road out front to go explore old town options to buy tickets at the bus stop or at the bus. Luggage store behind front desk. We had to hang around for a few hours for a flight after checkout and it was great lots of lounges & PowerPoints in the lobby. Hotel could ring and organise taxis for us. Easy parking. Really loved this place. I was also pleased to find it a more adult oriented hotel as where the other valamar chains next door have more fun things for kids so it’s a lot quieter here.

Przepiękne położenie hotelu, bardzo miła obsługa od obsługi w recepcji po kuchnie i obsługę obiektu!!! Pokoje bardzo czyste duże!!!! Śniadania i kolacje bardzo urozmaicone co dzień coś nowego wszystko pyszne!!!! Polecam to miejsce !!!!

Pomimo że obiekty są już wiekowe to jeżeli nie zwracamy uwagi na design nowoczesny to wszystko super.
