Cyan Américas Towers Hotel

Great location, comfortable bed (pillows were ok). Breakfast was plenty and it was mostly fine except the scrambled eggs which were always cold. The bath towels were ok, but for some reason we never got a foot towel (unless the one we thought was hand towel was actually a foot towel). The gym is definitely lacking equipment, there are dumbbells and a bench press set up, otherwise it's pretty bare. I think the hotel has so much more potential to be better.

Excelente lugar para pasar un finde semana en pareja, nos gusto mucho todo desde la habitación, el orden y limpieza, hasta el desayuno, sabiendo que soy Celiaca, tenían de todo para que pueda consumir.

Escribí para un early check-in, y no sólo me respondieron pronto, sino que además cumplieron con tener la habitación en la mañana. Esas son habilidades blandas que valoro mucho, sin duda volveré a hospedarme en el hotel

Ya había estado anteriormente en la misma cadena en la misma calle, lo cual aporta confianza y consistencia en la experiencia.

Llegamos varias horas antes y como estaba disponible la habitación pudimos ingresar antes. El desayuno muy completo. La ubicación es ideal muy cerca de todo.

I stayed here with family for a short celebratory visit. Buenos Aires remains endlessly charming — a city I frequently return to, often introducing it to new family “debutantes.”

We chose this hotel for its excellent location, competitive agency rates and favourable TripAdvisor reviews.

The location is indeed very good, just a few blocks from Recoleta and some of the capital’s more refined areas. The lobby is architecturally impressive, almost grand. Staff members are predominantly formal, with a few notably warmer and more attentive.

Rooms are spacious, with traditional furnishings, wooden flooring (a welcome detail), comfortable beds and bathrooms that, though dated, are well maintained.

Our initial impression regarding cleanliness was less favourable, but the matter was promptly resolved after contacting the lobby — an efficient and appropriate response.

Breakfast was generous and varied, fully in keeping with a proper Buenos Aires morning.

One curious detail deserves mention: although the stay had already been fully prepaid through the agency, a credit card deposit was still required at check-in. Given that the minibar was empty and no evident chargeable items were present beyond standard amenities, one is left mildly puzzled as to the necessity — unless related to potential room service usage.

In summary: excellent location, comfortable accommodations, a very good breakfast and consistent formality. A pleasant stay — though the city itself remains the true highlight.

GENIAL LA ASISTENCIA EN EL DESAYUNO. LA UBICACION DE LA HABITACION ES EXCELENTE. LOS ESPACIOS MUY BIEN DISPUESTOS PARA NOSOTRAS, IMPECABLE LA LIMPIEZA , TALVEZ DEBERIAN DE TENER EN CUENTA DE AMPLIAR EL HORARIO EN LA NOCHE EN LA ZONA DE RESTO, QUE SEA MAS VARIADA EL OFRECIMENTO DE UNA CENA.
