An exceptional and memorable stay with truly outstanding service from start to finish.
Pros:

Capri Tiberio Palace was exceptional from start to finish. The private transfer service made the entire journey seamless, from the train station to the port and from Capri to the airport after our stay.

What stood out most was the level of care from the team. I felt genuinely looked after throughout, with thoughtful evening check-ins to ensure everything was alright and whether I needed anything. The service was personal and attentive, yet always polished and discreet. They made me feel completely taken care of and truly pampered. It was easily one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had.

Cons:

The only area that could be improved is the breakfast menu, which would benefit from a wider and more varied selection.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, and they made everything so easy for us. They were always happy to help and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. We would definitely love to come back!

Zentrale Lage,trotzdem ruhig.
Sehr sauber,schöner Duft im gesamten Hotel.
Sehr bemühtes Personal,Gute Organisation von An-u. Abreise inclusive Gepäckservice. Gern wieder!

Cons:

Unser Hotelzimmer war relativ hellhörig. Das Frühstück ist Geschmackssache,es war aber alles vorhanden!

Pros:

Breakfast and overall restaurant are delicious. Would return for that at least. Also amazing staff.

Cons:

first room we were offered turned out to be on the noisy side but stuff provided change immediately as I mentioned.

Accoglienza e professionalità impeccabile. Un’attenzione per gli ospiti incredibile, mille piccole attenzioni come l’acqua in stanza, il bigliettino della buona notte con i cioccolatini, le ciabattine posizionate sullo scendiletto…

Cons:

Se proprio dovessi trovare un punto a sfavore è la mancanza della piscina riscaldata ( è di 27 gradi) ma risulta fredda. Fosse sui 30 gradi, da poter essere utilizzata anche nelle giornate più fredde sarebbe perfetta.
