Chambre avec une magnifique vu mer. Le petit déjeuner est excellent.
Ma demande faite via la plate-forme booking n'a pas ete honorée malgré la validation de l'hôtel.

L'emplacement et la réactivité suite à problème de chambre.
Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservée. Dommage qu'ils ne l'aient pas dit eux et que ce soit nous qui ayons été obligés de leur faire remarqué. Nous avons été "surclassés" avec une chambre "vue océan" mais beaucoup plus petite. Un peu déçus.
Déçus également par le petit déjeuner qui est super d'habitude : plus de croissant, plus de baguette au moment où nous sommes descendus à 9h15.
Pour finir, panne de l'ascenseur : nous étions au 5ème...😭.
Nous changerons d'hôtel lors de notre prochain séjour à Biarritz.

Location, style, room and bar/restaurant.
The air conditioning was not working and if switched on heated the room to 26 degrees. I was told that because it was set centrally and that it was not 'summer' it could not be turned down. Far too hot for sleeping. If we left the windows open it was a noisy street.

La chambre étais magnifique avec la vue sur la mer couché sur le lit 😍
