駅にも近い快適な宿
Pros:

無人チェックインに少し時間を取りましたが、地下鉄駅から至近で部屋は広く、清潔で設備も揃っており快適に過ごせました。ただサービスアパートメントに近いホテルで
・チェックイン機に表示されるキー番号は必ずメモするか写真を取る
・アメニティセットにひげ剃り、ヘアブラシはない
・パジャマ類はない
・湯沸かしやガスコンロ、食器類、カトラリーはあるがお茶コーヒーはない
ことは予め知っておくとよいでしょう。近くにコンビニやスーパーも多く、日用品の買い物には不自由しません。

React to request is slow. One of the 3 rooms I stayed in had a defect which the door cannot be locked. The dishes are not available in one room. One room does not have pot nor rice cooker. None of the room has knife. One of the room don’t have hanger….etc

Bed bugs
Pros:

I am incredibly disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. I spent just one night there, and to my horror, I discovered bed bugs in my room. Not only was this experience disturbing, but it also led to significant skin issues and irritation that have persisted for over a week. I even had to see a doctor due to the severity of the situation.

I will be attaching images to illustrate the condition I experienced. This is unacceptable for any establishment, and I expected much better from your hotel.
