Pros:

Приятная девушка на ресепшен, рядом с границей. Одну ночь пережить можно но не более. Завтрак был ок

Cons:

Номера маленькие, не удобные. Интернет плохо работал. Не удобный душ без штор, скрипучие матрасы. Контингент отеля был весьма своеобразный (не трезвый и шумящий).

Единственное что мне понравилось, так это чистота. В номере было очень чисто, но воняло хлоркой. Но я очень довольна чистотой. Спасибо уборщице.

Cons:

Во-первых, они ассоциируют себя с 4-ех звездным отелем, но в номере даже нет элементарно воды, про чай я вообще молчу. Просто так поставили чайник. На мое возмущение ответили «сходите купите воды в магазине», извините , а за что я тогда плачу?
Далее, скажу что на ресепе - девушка совершенно не знает как надо разговаривать с гостем, у них нет сервиса от слово совсем. Девушка как будто первый день работает, на обычные вопросы не может ответить.
Думаю вам стоит задуматься об этом и немного поработать над сервисом.

Food and staff behavior. Rooms are spacious (604). Cooperative front desk executive. Currency Exchange counter is at hotel gate. So no worries.

Cons:

Location. Little far from city Centre. But very near to Airport. Super store is nearby, restaurant is nearby, has pool but not clean
