Pros:

Tolles Frühstück und bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Leider war die Straße sehr laut und man konnte nicht bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen.

Clean hotel. Very very good breakfast.

Cons:

The "spa" section was closed because some staff member was ill.We chose this hotel on purpose instead of one of the other 3 hotels (which would have been more convenient) because of the spa part.It was a disapointing for that reason. They should have given a price reduction.

Es war sauber / zentral ...

Personal war nicht vorhanden -
Auch nach telefonischen Kontakt- weil eine hilflose Person im Flur lag - wurde sich nicht gekümmert und war unintressiert

Menschlich gesehen ein no go!!!

Wir hatten 2 einzel Betten reserviert und hatten ein Doppelbett

Wenn man eine einfache und zweckmäßige Unterkinft sucht, ist dieses Hotel empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.Ein recht zweckmäßiges, sauberes Zimmer.Zentrale Lage zur Altstadt und zum Main.Das Frühstück war einfach, aber okay.

Gut mit Verbesserungsbedarf
Pros:

Gute Lage, moderne Einrichtung

Cons:

Toilettensitz hat stark gewackelt, ebenso Toilettenpapier Halterung. Wir wollten um ca. 17.30 Uhr ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen bestellen, die Rezeption war schon nicht mehr besetzt.

Danke an das Personal! Wir werden wieder kommen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr großzügig, die Eier, Würstchen und der Speck leider wieder nur lauwarm sonst alles sehr lecker.
Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig, nicht weit in die Altstadt und gleich nebenan die Stadthalle, in der wir zu einer Aufführung waren, echt topp!!!
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Wir waren letztes Jahr schon einmal da, da hatte unser Zimmer noch einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Auch bei der jetzigen Buchung wurde der Kühlschrank mit aufgefgührt, leider war er aber aus unserem Zimmer entfernt worden.
Das Zimmer, Stadtblick, durch den Straßenverkehr laut wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist, nachts geht es dann. Sonst keine Reklamation unsererseits.

Wonderful
Pros:

Great stay! The bed was wonderful super comfortable and I slept really well. Room size was perfect, with all essentials included. Bathroom very well equipped. Amazing city view. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

Die Lage war hervorragend. Zimmerausstattung war auch ok.
Das Frühstück ebenfalls ok.

Cons:

Das Thermostat in der Dusche war defekt, so dass nur heißes Wasser lief und es nicht möglich war zu Duschen.

Cons:

Toilettendeckel defekt. Batterie von Fernbedienung leer. Frühstück wurde erst nach nachfragen aufgefüllt. Essentisch wurde lange nicht abgeräumt
