La camera numero 501 in 5°piano era sporca, il mobile e il bagno piene di polvere evidente, il pavimento con i braccioli,

L'acqua della doccia usciva poco e a una temperatura piuttosto bassa, per il resto tutto bene.
Peccato che la Junior Suite abbia due balconi molto molto piccoli.
L'hotel è situato a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria lato Bolognina e a circa 20 minuti dal centro storico. La struttura è pulita ed accogliente ed è dotata di ristorante. La camera è silenziosa e ben illuminata. Il letto è comodo. Ottima la pulizia.
Struttura non centrale. Attualmente vi sono lavori in corso per l'attivazione del servizio tramviario, condizione sfavorevole ma che, ovviamente, non dipende dalla struttura.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut, das Hotel relativ neu, Frühstück in Ordnung, Parkplatz kostenlos direkt am Hotel.
Wegen der Straßenbahn-Baustelle war die Busverbindung in die Altstadt etwas kompliziert, da ist aber das Hotel nicht verantwortlich.

Schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, gutes Frühstück, kostenlose Tiefgaragenplätze direkt im Hotel, ruhige Lage
für eine Stadttour gut geeignetes Hotel: Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, zu Fuß ca. 30 - 35 min ins Zentrum, Bushaltestelle um die Ecke (ab nächstes Jahr auch Straßenbahn, der derzeit noch im Bau ist). Geräumige und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Gutes und reichliches Frühstück.

ÄRGERLICH: Bei der Abreise wurde die Citytax extra in Rechnung gestellt. Dies hat über 11% des Betrages ausgemacht und den von booking ausgewiesenen Preis doch erheblich verteuert. Dass dies nicht gleich bei der Buchung ausgewiesen wird, ist intransparent und ärgerlich.
