Ho soggiornato giusto una notte e poche ore. Molto soddisfacente
The hotel was surprisingly nice despite the location . Let just say it was on the north side of things. Area look a little sketchy compared to the other side.
However it has everything you need, there is a grocery store next the hotel. A continent store and a burger place. Also close to the station.
It a little farther walk to the main strip like piazza maggiore but it is worth it.
It is clean, staff are very nice , our room was clean daily .

Very nice location only a mile away from the convention center and lots of food and attractions in the area
The sheets were made but not changed, lots of dust on the bannister above the bed but not really a big deal, the AC wasn’t too strong but i’m being biased cause i’m from the US.
No response or explanation to our complaints about our luggage being opened
