One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

Everything was perfect from the first moment. My husband and I were welcomed by the staff with an amazing dessert and a delicious welcome drink.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and always spotless, with an impeccable bathroom.

The pool, jacuzzi, and stunning surroundings were the icing on the cake.

Breakfast was included in our stay, and it was by far the best and most generous breakfast we’ve had in Bali. We also tried the dinner menu, which was wonderful.

The staff were absolutely amazing — kind, friendly, always smiling, and incredibly helpful.

A beautiful hotel with lovely friendly and efficient staff. The gardens are well kept and very pretty. The on site restaurant serves delicious food in a calm environment with staff that look after your every need. The rooms in the main building are large and luxurious. Overall a great place to stay.

We enjoyed the property and our room was very nice and comfortable. We had our own pool and the staff were super helpful.

We highly recommend Hotel Emana. We were absolutely delighted with our room. Traveling all over the world, we have never encountered such fantastic conditions, especially considering the very attractive price. The service, food, and surrounding area were all fantastic. Everything looks even better than in the photos. We highly recommend it. We haven't seen a better place in Indonesia.

Séjour de 8 nuits tout simplement incroyable ! Vraiment rien à redire, tout était parfait du début à la fin.

Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, avec énormément de choix et une qualité digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles.

La chambre était parfaite : spacieuse, magnifique et équipée de tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un excellent séjour. Le ménage était effectué chaque jour avec beaucoup de soin.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cette expérience, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L’Emana Abian Taksu è senz’altro un’ottima scelta per chi desidera soggiornare in un luogo tranquillo e rilassante, immerso nella natura e con una vista splendida. La struttura si trova però abbastanza lontano dal centro di Ubud: per raggiungerlo occorrono mediamente circa 40 minuti. Non si tratta necessariamente di un problema, ma è un aspetto da tenere in considerazione al momento della prenotazione.
Ciò che desidero davvero sottolineare, però, è la disponibilità, la professionalità e la dedizione dello staff, sempre pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema e a fare il possibile per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Questo è un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato e che ha contribuito in modo significativo alla qualità della nostra esperienza.
Vorrei inoltre evidenziare la presenza di un ottimo ristorante all’interno della struttura, che rende quasi superfluo spostarsi a Ubud per cena. Un ringraziamento speciale va anche al nostro room keeper, Yoga, che ci ha sempre fatto trovare la camera in condizioni impeccabili, sorprendendoci con piccole e graziose opere d’arte realizzate con asciugamani e foglie.
Sono certo che farete tesoro di queste osservazioni costruttive, ricordatevi che i dettagli fanno la differenza, e vi ringrazio per averci fatto vivere una bellissima esperienza che ricorderemo con piacere.
