Ce qu'on a préféré de l'hôtel est l'emplacement de l'hôtel ainsi que le personnel très disponible. Ils ont su résoudre nos souhaits.

Cons:

Nous avions eu une première chambre pas du tout dans nos attentes. Il s'agissait d'une chambre partagée avec une porte verrouillée (c'est-à-dire qu'il y avait une porte pour accéder à une autre chambre).
Malheureusement les murs sont très fins ainsi que nous entendons tout de nos voisins et nous n'avons pas pu dormir.
La 2ème nuit nous avons donc changé de chambre et elle est dans nos attentes.

El recepcionista que me atendió antipatico y con mala predisposición no respeto el precio que estaba en booking me cobró de más al cambio de dólar que a él le pareció y me dió una habitación básica siendo que por booking en el nivel 3 de Genius tenía cambio de categoría superior al preguntar me dijo que no tenía más habitaciones y no me devolvió el dinero aboné una habitación superior y me dieron una básica no tenía secador de pelo siendo que en la categoría superior había y no me facilitaron uno

Das Zimmer hatte eine Minibar. Das Gepäck kann für einen fairen Preis dort gelagert werden.

Cons:

Trotz Heizung war das Zimmer sehr kalt. Das Zimmer hatte eine Vetbindungstür zu einem anderen Zimmer - sehr hellhörig.
Dusche war nicht dicht. Das Wasser ist im ganzen Bad gestanden.
Frühstücksbuffet ist recht bescheiden. Gekaufter Kuchen wird aufgeschnitten und das Geschirr von Hand abgewaschen.

The hotel is very simple and not comfortable, but the location is great.
Pros:

I liked the hotel's location. It is in the center of Buenos Aires and close to all the main tourist attractions. The breakfast is average. It doesn't offer many options, but it meets expectations.

Cons:

The bedroom is very dark, the bathroom is very small, and the bathroom floods every time we take a shower. The air conditioning is very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The bed is also quite uncomfortable.
