The mattresses on the bed were excellent. The bedding seemed to be very clean good. The air conditioning was great.
Pros:

Parking is free and good. It was a newer building and was clean

Cons:

On the website, they advertise free breakfast and there was no breakfast. There was no breakfast at all.
There was no pool available, but that was not advertised.

A mid-priced spotless hotel that offered the basics with large larges and beds
Pros:

I stayed one night at this mid-priced spotless hotel that offered the basics, a large room with two comfortable king-sized beds, a large bathroom that can used without disturbing anyone else and a quiet night time location.

Some folks might be out off because there is no complimentary breakfast included, but at this price point I don't you're not missing out on anything. There is a Mcdonald's a five minute walk away and they do have vending machines with items that can be microwaved.

The room was large and we loved the shower and dressing area.
Pros:

We wanted more towels, we called and they said we can come down and get them.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have an extra blanket for use.

Good place to stay
Pros:

Quiet location. The hotel appears to be recently updated. The room we were in was spacious, and well appointed. The room was very clean, and a good value for the area. Would stay here again.

Everything was great with one exception. On the website I used to to make the reservation, hotel has continental breakfast included. That is not the case, per hotel staff, the hotel no longer provides breakfast.

Pros:

Clean nice room with 2 king beds was nice for our family of 5! Also vending machines with snacks and drinks was nice. Staff was easy to deal with and friendly. The area surrounding was not terrible either which we always worry about with kids. Parking lot is a little small though

Pros:

Top priority met: cleanliness. Very nice desk staff. Coffee in room (Mr. Coffee with paper pods) and lobby (machine with latte, etc choices). Quiet. Priced competitively. Convenient location. Easy free parking. Very comfortable beds.
Only changes I would make is for housecleaning to turn off any alarm clocks set by prior guests (but I should know to check this) and I wish they would have refillable shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion instead of the tiny individual sizes for environmental reasons. SHOWER VERY SLIPPERY WHEN WET even prior to soap being used, so I recommend they have rubber mats for use.
