Da acomodação em geral e do atendimento dos funcionários.

Cons:

Da falta de manutenção dos elevadores para banhistas meio sujo e sem manutenção e um pouco da higiene pois percebemos baratinha no elevador dos banhistas e no banheiro do quarto, achei a recepção com aspecto de abandono, balcão com aparência de sujo e falta de manutenção, as portas de dentro da recepção suja tbm parecendo que não limpavam ou pintavam a muito tempo, assim como o ar condicionado da recepção tbm.
