I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO ANOTHER QUALITY INN ANYWHERE!!!!!
Pros:

The Breakfast was Great they stop serving breakfast at 9am we got there at 8:50 and at 9 am the Manger turned the light off on us while we were trying to finish our Breakfast She was extremely rude!!!!

Cons:

THE MANGER NOT BEING SO RUDE AND UGLY TOWARDS HER GUEST!!!

Cons:

Elevator shakes, rattles, makes odd grinding sounds when starting and stopping; control panel missing buttons; no license or inspection certificate

TV didn't work until desk attendant made adjustment

Room was musty smelling; not well cleaned (trash in bed side table drawer)

AC worked very poorly

Shower was not clean
"Hot" water was warm, barely
Shampoo dispenser was empty
Coffeemaker in room did not work

Eggs and sausage in complementary breakfast tasted artificial; they were not edible


Overall impression of property: shabby

Don’t go!! I took videos it won’t let me upload the videos but trust me Run! Don’t stay!
Pros:

As soon as we walked in the room it reeked of smoke in a smoke free facility and there were house roaches crawling everywhere! The roaches were crawling all up the walls and covering the bathroom floors!! Not good!!

Cons:

The hallway smelled like someone had just finished smoking weed! The facility was horrible!!

Overall my stay was a pleasant experience. Would definitely book again whenever in the area.
Pros:

Although I paid for breakfast I slept through the designated time.

Cons:

I wasn’t able to access the wifi on my laptop. Not a big deal I honestly didn’t try to get the issue resolved.

I would not book again.
Pros:

The breakfast was okay 👍

Cons:

My room had black mole In The bathroom, the elevator was slow, the ice machine was broken on my floor, and roaches. The crazy thing was after I reported the mole and smell the front desk did nothing to accommodate the situation. The air conditioner did not cool the room either.

Very friendly staff. No smoke detector in room. Everything else is dirty and run down.
Pros:

Waffle maker was nice

Cons:

Mostly everything was out of stock. No Apple juice. No muffins. Barely any coffee. I stayed 2 nights here and from 7:00am nothing was stocked.
