Overall it was good stay.

We had a suite.There was no vent in main bedroom so it was difficult to cool the rooom from living room.Also there was no housekeeping service done.

Grill Abende super, Wohnung zu klein, Pool 👍

Der Grill und der Pool, auch wenn das Wasser zu warm war. Eingangsbereich mit Frühstück war super

Es wurde angegeben, dass die Wohnung 69qm haben soll. Dem war mit Sicherheit nicht so. Und es geht da auch nicht um ein paar qm Abweichung, sondern da sprechen wir dann eher schon um einen ganzen zusätzlichen Raum, der gefehlt hat. Eigentlich wollte noch ein weiterer Freund mitkommen und wir hatten uns zuvor bewusst eine Ferien Wohnung entschieden, weil wir zu viert auch zusammen wohnen wollten, da ein Freund eine körperliche Beeinträchtigung hat und Hilfe braucht. Das hätte mit vier Leuten gar nicht geklappt. Damit waren wir sehr unzufrieden. Desweiteren hat uns sehr gewundert dass in einer weltmetropol Region wie newYork ab 17 Uhr (!) die Busse nicht mehr fahren zu der Unterkunft. Das war dann wieder mit Mehrkosten wie einem zusätzlichen Mietwagen verbunden

Pros:

Location excellent very central. Rooms are spacious well equiped kitchen .though can upgrade the rooms with better sofas . Have to mention that all the staff is very friendly and courteous helpful. Naming the staff at the front desk Ashley ,Nellie ,Marvina,Carrington ,Keisha ,Shakila &Patricia. All of them extremely polite . Housekeeping staff also the same namely Mark Adams ,John, Alex & lastly Eli. Breakfast is good though can have more vegetarian options. Tara & Belki very polite always smiling serve the guests warmly. The operational manager Mr Kabrel Blay is very efficient & decisive very helpful. Have to name the GM Mr Victor Compitello wonderful person. Best place to stay in the area.

The room was perfect as was the hot tub after days of driving.

Cons:

Breakfast items all included pork which we don't eat. You should have made a separate scrambled egg dish and not one with ham.
