Extremely unpleasant with the maintenance of the room.
Pros:

The location was perfect and overall facility was clean

Cons:

The heater in the room was extremely loud. It sounded like loose screws moving around. The sound made it unbearable to have an enjoyable sleep. When we expressed our concerns to the representative in the front she stated it was nothing she could do since we booked through a third party company.

Staff and breakfast really good. Not getting my points to help with pricing of room not good

Staff here great. Breakfast great and always so kind to me

Cons:

Prices steep and my points wasn't added due to booking on booking.com and I did not know this prior.

Not perfect but perfectly handled by staff!
Pros:

This was not a perfect stay but it was perfectly handled. Every time we had a problem it was quickly and completely fixed. We also had a breakfast hostess named Tara who was as kind as her smile implied. Beyond being nice she was helpful several times during our week long stay. Then there was Eli, the hotel or grounds man. He helped us with the hot tub and pool then as if that wasn’t enough, he found an item we dropped and made sure it got back to us. Everyone who worked here seemed happy. Thank you all for a great week.

Pros:

The room was fine except mold in bathroom, there was someone who smoked inside the bldg daily, there were 2 nights that there were loud people upstairs, & outside, they woke us up at night, it was Labor Day weekend, the hotel said they’d compensate us for those 2 nights but they never did, the breakfast was good
