Poor upkeep
Pros:

Staff was nice but worst upkeep of a Hampton I have ever stayed. I have always picked Hamptons because of an expectation of quality. I need to find a new go to hotel. Hotel also had a strong cleaning chemical smell. Very disappointed

Disappointed in the upkeep of the hotel. Needs updating.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Happy hour said they offered wine and beer. Only wine was served and only one kind. I’ve machine on my floor was out of service.

Pros:

staff was pretty rude their replacing the floor and they told me if i walk through the back the would call the cops… asked me if i had my key card? i did. there was no note on the very back door.

The bed and pillows were amazing.

The pool was closed for maintenance would of been nice to know before booking cuz would of never booked..that was the reason I booked, the ice machine on our floor was out of order.
