Cons:

Our ferry from England was cancelled.. We were a day late to all our hotels we booked. I rang Hotel Antik and they said no problem, but we must get in touch with Booking.com That is impossible. I tried for an hour. No luck. The other 3 hotels just rebooked us. The weather was horrendous, six inches of snow on roads. We had to pay twice at Hotel Antik. I will book direct in future. I have used Booking.com numerous times.

Pros:

El personal del hotel muy amable, el hotel esta bien ubicado cerca del tren y bus a 1,5 km de la playa de Ondarreta, en una zona tranquila.

Cons:

Nada la estancia fue muy agradable .

Great hotel, location and value for money. Would recommend
Pros:

Modern hotel with good friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. I would recommend this hotel. Being right off the highway was beneficial as it was easy to get in and out of the city. There are busses available right outside the hotel which provides a cheap and convenient option to go to the city

The room was very warm.

Es un hotel de 10: bonito, conveniente y de relación calidad-precio excepcional
Pros:

Es un hotel nuevo, bien mantenido, práctico, con unas habitaciones bien decoradas, cómodas y prácticas. Íbamos con nuestro perro, cobran 15€ por noche y todo fue tranquilo y sin estrés. Tienen parking privado, que es gratis si lo incluye la tarifa de la hb y no puede ser más conveniente: subes del parking a tu habitación en 15´´. Llegamos temprano por la mañana y necesitábamos trabajar. La recepcionista, amable y profesional, hizo lo imposible para darnos una habitación: muy agradecidos!

Cons:

Nos encantó, quizá nos hubiera gustado un gimnasio mejor equipado, con un multipower sería suficiente
