Excellent hotel with great facilities and a good price
Pros:

Convenient location, right on a bus route to get you to the beach/old town. We were able to arrange with the hotel to park the car there. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

nous venions de sejourner à l'hotel catedral a pampelune qui fait partie du même groupe.
cela n'a rien à voir l'emplacement , le batiment
le pdj sont beaucoup moins bien

Prima hotel en zeker als je op doorreis bent!
Pros:

Het ontbijt is in verhouding te duur, vijftien euro terwijl de kamer maar 80 euro kost. Het was ook niet veel en weinig mensen maakten hier gebruik van.

Cons:

Niets, het is een uitstekend hotel wat past bij het aantal sterren en de prijs. Zeker als je op doorreis bent en je een overnachting nodig hebt, zit je hier goed!

Comfortable, welcoming and wonderfully kind — we left feeling rested and happy.

After leaving another hotel where unfortunately there was no hot water for our entire stay, we arrived here on the third night of our holiday feeling rather tired and disappointed.

We arrived early, simply hoping to leave our bags, but the charming receptionist kindly let us into our room ahead of time so that we could finally enjoy a proper shower. That small gesture genuinely changed the course of our weekend and was very much appreciated.

The hotel itself was excellent all round — comfortable, welcoming and peaceful, with a lovely balcony room and a relaxed atmosphere. Although located slightly outside the centre of San Sebastián, it was only a short and inexpensive taxi ride into town, which worked perfectly for us.

A wonderful stay with genuinely kind service, and exactly what we needed after a difficult start to our trip. We would happily return.

Cons:

You could simply add something understated and warm like this:

What didn’t we like? Honestly, nothing at all. After a disappointing start to our trip elsewhere, this hotel restored our faith in hospitality completely.

Gutes Hotel in etwas stressiger Lage.
Pros:

Alles in allem war das Hotel sehr nett. Wir haben es als großes Plus empfunden, dass wir direkt im Hotel parken konnten. Das Personal war freundlich, das Zimmer komfortabel und San Sebastian hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Cons:

Die Lage fanden wir nicht so toll, zwischen zwei Hauptstraßen und eher außerhalb. Fairerweise muss man sagen, dass die Bushaltestelle sofort hinter dem Hotel ist und man in 45 min zu Fuß im Zentrum ist. Aber Urlaubsflair entstand für uns in der Lage nicht.
