Cons:

locatie is tussen twee drukke wegen. en Er bestaat geen goed isolatie. Vreselijk om een goede nachtslaap te voldoen. En receptie gaf aan dat de kamers op de achterkant waren veel beter qua het geluid. Onzin en totaal verkeerd. Zou nooit terugkomen.

The hotel rating should be revised.
Pros:

.some of the staff were truly nice. location near bus station.

Cons:

The hotel is not truly 4 stars. The don't provide immunities unless you request them. The room was poorly light.
The safe box was at the bottom of the closet which is really strange!. The hotel was obviously understaffed-one person at the reception and the coffee shop. There was no dining hall as claimed, =only one coffee shop.1

Pros:

hotel comodo se arrivi con l automobile, al mattino per andare in città puoi prendere un bus o un taxy con 10 euro, stanze belle e insonorizzate , letti molto comodi, abbiamo lasciato l automobile fuori con parchimetro altrimenti se la lascia li al garage dell'hotel costa molto di più.

Il palazzo è molto bello

Cons:

Contrariamente a quanto indicato non è dotato di aria condizionata. Abbiamo dovuto faticare per far annullare la prenotazione e trovare un’altra sistemazione. La struttura non rispondeva al telefono e in sede c’era solo personale addetto alle pulizie. Alla fine abbiamo risolto attraverso assistenza Booking

Very good indeed
Pros:

Location and room size The bed and sheets were top class and the style and decor was really very good

Cons:

The bedside lights were not good as you could not read with them
The kettle was to complicated as you couldnt actualy boil the water and the cups were too small
