Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

We had a lovely room overlooking the pool that felt like we were in a rain forest. The pools were great and the room had a huge balcony - we really enjoyed our night here a wished we stayed longer.
Beautiful grounds,super friendly staff,nothing was too much for them.Room was spacious and well thought out,only thing we could have done with was an extra tea towel so we could wash and dry one whilst using another.
A few hairs around the apartment that were not ours,think they came out of the towels,hair also came out of the jet in the spa bath.
The telephone in the room was very dusty in the back and the manual for the microwave was for an older model not the one in the kitchen.Oven was abit hit and miss to get working properly also but I got there in the end!
Also we noticed our room could sleep 4 people if needed but there was only lounge room for 3,didn't affect us as only 2 of us staying but might be an issue for others.
It was central to shops, beach, etc.
The room was great value and had everything I needed. Most importantly, was the attitude of the staff. They were friendly and efficient and even called me earlier in the day to say my room was ready ahead of time and that I could, accordingly check-in early. Simply a welcoming and lovely resort. Would recommend to anyone.
The location was great with easy access to the beach, small local shops and public transport. The pool and spa areas were lovely and so were the staff.
The beds were quite uncomfortable. My partner and I both woke up very sore every morning and it was very apparent it was two beds pushed together with a hard uncomfortable line in the middle. There was also quite a lot of mould, especially in the bathroom.
I loved the views, the two pools were amazing and the main reason I will be returning .
The gardens were a delightful bonus

A booking was for four people, two adults and two children and we only had one bed. We booked a one bedroom family apartment, however there was no lounge made up or anything so we had to do a makeshift one ourselves. We were only there for one night and literally there to sleep as we were meeting people out and about so made it work but for the price we were pretty disappointed
Great location and a beautiful spacious apartment with everything we needed. The grounds were gorgeous with gardens and 2 pools.
A shower curtain being used in the bathroom instead of a glass screen made it tricky. Having spare towels in the apartment would be handy.
