Hotel Zoso

Hotel Zoso is clean and well maintained. The staff is responsive and helpful. Although the hotel positions itself as a fun place to party, we found it quiet during the weekday. The rooms are spacious. It has the most convenient, walking access to the center of Palm Springs of any hotel in the area. Due to an early season heat-wave we had to shorten our stay and the hotel was quite accomodating.

Loved our stay at Hotel Zoso. Extremely convenient location, extremely comfortable room, beautiful pool and hot tub area, the staff were incredibly accommodating, even we our flight getting out had trouble and we needed to stay an extra day. Cold free water available conveniently, easy and kind valet and shuttle service. Would absolutely stay here again.

We had our flight cancelled and needed to book another night in Palm Springs. Found this hotel which is right in the middle of everything and close to the airport. Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was very accommodating - especially Kimmie and Hector. My husband dropped his phone in the shuttle on the way to the airport and these two got it back to us pronto. Many thanks. We will definitely recommend Zoso to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay. The facilities were clean, hotels, conveniently located to everything in downtown Palm Springs. It has all the amenities that you need. pool is fantastic, and the staff was friendly and willing to help. Kimmy was a delight upon check-in and even upgraded my husband and I to a suite.

Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, staff was great,nice and relaxing atmosphere.

Loved the place. A retro vibe big lobby. Price was awesome. Location 1 block from palm canyon dr. Right on the middle of things. People were great. One draw back bar closed at 9pm. But there are plenty around.

Excellent stay! I booked for a girls weekend and we had a great time at Hotel Zoso. The on site venue, Spirit Animal, had an amazing comedy show. Definitely recommend checking out whatever is going on there! The room was super comfy and the staff was wonderful. I plan to book again for our trip next year!

Our day was very pleasant. The room was very clean valet staff was very friendly when above and beyond front desk staff very friendly went to above and beyondone thing that really bugged myself and my friends was Saturday around 4:50 PM. We went to the bar inside the hotel. The bartender never made contact with us so after waiting 15 minutes I finally said hi can we order a drink and he rudely said be right there but yet he continued to help people who came up and sat down after us that put a bad taste in our mouth. The pool bartender, however, was a very, very friendly.

This is a nice hotel. Fantastic pool and the private patio was a real plus. The valet parking was quick and easy. We did have a toilet issue and it took 4 separate calls before they actually fixed the problem. Our biggest complaint, and it’s a big one, is the hotel doesn’t use fitted sheets. Instead they use an undersized flat sheet. So you have to be willing to sleep on a wrinkled mess every night, and to totally remake your bed every morning. And housekeeping isn’t necessarily the answer. One day after housekeeping had cleaned our room, we found the bottom sheet was short sheeted by a full foot on the bottom. So we had to tear the whole bed apart and remake it. And because the sheet was undersized, it was all wrinkly within minutes. We stayed for over a week, so it wasn’t a one-off. This is not an inexpensive hotel. They can do better.

Great location with nice amenities. Rooms are large with a decent size bathroom. The pool area looked amazing as well.

1st stay here. Location central to convention center (15 minute walk). Rooms extremely clean. Quiet. Probably most exacting housekeeping service I’ve experienced domestically in years. And they do daily, not every other day!

Very clean, comfortable beds. My only complaint was that even though the hotel was empty we weren't allowed to check in early. I travel a lot and am usually allowed to check in early at most hotels.

The Location was outstanding close to everything right in the heart of DT Palm Springs next to the venue we performed at. The Atomsphere at the pool and bars was stale, there was not allot of action at the pool because the POOL BAR was CLOSED the entire time which was very disappointing.
I wanted a Piña Colada or something by the pool. Normally hotels have a pool bar open for guests daily , expecially when I was told the hotel was sold out so why was it closed :(
When a bartender finally came later to the lobby bar later in the day she was very grumpy, so went to other bars in the area instead .
The room was wonderful very LARGE and patio was huge. I mainly liked being in the room. I enjoyed the hearing music from the pool on our patio.
Danny at the front desk was EXTREMELY KIND and accommodating we LOVE him!!
All the guys at valet were wonderful also. 🙏

Came to check in at 1pm noone to help with bags. People were using bell hop carts to unload their bags, these were elderly guests. No room available per your clerk. No effort made to find one. No bar or café open no offer to store bags while we waited. Was told 230 pm bars and café would open because only one person sets it up, mind u the pool opens at 10am. Returned at 5 to check in. Room was 81 degrees. Remained there the whole trip. Pool is open no bar both days. Really disappointed with the whole experience. Unfortunately I will not revisit this facility. The hotel felt understaffed, under maintained and unwelcoming.

Worst experience ever will NOT stay here again and will never recommend to anyone. Awful management and below the bar in every way.

Perfect location in downtown Palm Springs, all dinning and entertainment is walking distance; the hotel staff is friendly and very welcoming; the pool is also very enjoyable
