Good location, good vibes overall. Person at lobby bar should be fired.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable, the front desk staff was great. Especially the gentlemen on duty when we checked in. Valet guys were awesome.

Cons:

1. Low priority negative was that the gift shop was never open.
2 Medium priority negative was the pool bar hours.
2. Very high priority negative was the terrible service by the “bartender” on Sunday mid day. She absolutely should not be in customer service. Super rude and short. Waited over 30 minutes for her to open the bar in the lobby and when she finally did she was the rudest person I have ever encountered. Ruined our day actually.

I’d go back again and I highly recommend to others.
Pros:

Location! I went for Coachella Weekend, and one of the Coachella Shuttle pickups was a 10-15 minute walk away to the Civic Center. Also, it was walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. You really didn’t need to drive anywhere. I got a King Deluxe room and it was spacious for just me, plus I had a balcony, which I really liked. Clean, and a nice tub/ shower, which also comes with a bath robe for you to use. Staff was nice and friendly. They answered my questions and gave me some advice for where to eat, or directions to a certain spot. I’d probably do this place again for Coachella 2027.

Cons:

I didn’t like leaving and paying for it.

Room wasn't ready, lady at the desk upon my arrival was less than helpful, came back at 3:30 and was told my room would be ready closer to 4, sat in the lobby waiting until 4:30 when i went back up to the desk to be told they were just about to call me and the room was ready. When i got to my less than impressive for the price room there was a huge hole in the wall..... No mention of the hole from the front desk.... Then maintenance showed up to my room, unannounced, didn't speak English which was fine but was sent to repair the hole in the wall!! Told him to come back after I check out as by this time I would like to enjoy what little time I will have in my room without constructions going on. Hole was a foot by a foot.......

Great location for a well run hotel
Pros:

Hotel Zoso is clean and well maintained. The staff is responsive and helpful. Although the hotel positions itself as a fun place to party, we found it quiet during the weekday. The rooms are spacious. It has the most convenient, walking access to the center of Palm Springs of any hotel in the area. Due to an early season heat-wave we had to shorten our stay and the hotel was quite accomodating.

Cons:

We could hear music playing at the pool all day. Everything else was good.

Loved our stay, great spot, layout, and staff.
Pros:

Loved our stay at Hotel Zoso. Extremely convenient location, extremely comfortable room, beautiful pool and hot tub area, the staff were incredibly accommodating, even we our flight getting out had trouble and we needed to stay an extra day. Cold free water available conveniently, easy and kind valet and shuttle service. Would absolutely stay here again.
