The stay would have been good staff was friendly but was not happy with the valet. very disappointing
Pros:

The room was ok, Shower and bathtub was outdated. It was clean.

Cons:

The valet scratch our truck and we still waiting to find out if they will do anything about it.

Cons:

Staff was unfriendly. Bar closed at opening time(5pm). Received message that hotel would be streaming an event then cancelled last minute. Ruined my plans. Carpet of hotel was dirty and smelly

Bed Bugs - no refund or copy of inspection report provided.
Cons:

Totally dissatisfied. Bed bugs were discovered in the room. This was reported to the front desk. Videos and picture submitted to hotel customer service. After a week I was told that the room had been inspected and no issues found. I asked for a copy of this inspection report and was denied. So our company paid for a room for our employees and it had bed bugs and we were denied a refund. BAD service.

Great location and rooms
Pros:

Fantastic location just steps from Palm Springs best bars and restaurants. The rooms are very modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable. The staff is always so nice and helpful when we check in or need anything. We've stayed here twice and would stay again.

Cons:

They really need to redesign the pool area it looks like a prison yard and a hotel airport mixed together. They could make this so much more beautiful with some color or plants. It's a bit of a drab.

NYE 2025/2026
Pros:

Was able to check in early which was nice since it was NYE. Rooms were fine with bathroom being the nicest part of the room. Bed was very comfortable as well. Location is GREAT being right downtown Palm Springs. Celebrating NYE our friends, one of our friends needed to go to the hospital due to an accident. We were set to check out New Year’s Day and asked for a late check out which they gave us a 1:30 pm check out time.

Customized service was great. All the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Aged but fantastic location and very clean makes it a great value. Friendly staff and walkable location and dog friendly
Pros:

Had an overall great experience here. Stayed for New Year’s Eve and for the price and location it’s perfect in Palm Springs. It’s the old hard rock hotel, and the rooms feel aged, but the bed was very comfy, and the room was super clean. The valet parking is included, but there’s often a wait as many times I was coming and going there was only one or two valet people and a row of people waiting. Everyone that worked there was very nice, and my room was large. It’s also dog friendly! There’s a cute little gym as well. You can walk to literally everything in downtown Palm Springs.

Hotel ZoSo New Year Review
Pros:

Hotel ZoSo is conveniently located to Arenas and the beds are super comfortable. However, the HVAC unit didn’t work properly and I was a little cold and the toilet had a leak which created a puddle.

Awesome Service
Pros:

Outstanding customer service . My original booking was a desaster but front desk made it happen ahd had a great experience . Rooms were nice , spacious and cozy. I highly recommend this hotel as it’s in the middle of everything plus they are pet friendly.
