The location is perfect walking distance from downtown, the atmosphere is this hotel is welcoming and super chill the employees are hospitable and super friendly, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our air conditioning went belly up Saturday evening and we needed to find lodging the same night. I called the hotel and was surprised at the low cost even with our puppy. The rooms are large, nicely appointed and clean. Having valet parking included in the price made it even better

10!! This hotel saved my trip. I initially wanted to go to Palm Springs Surf Club but after only 2 hours there and how awful my experience was I almost packed up to drive back to San Diego however no one was at the pool. I had the whole place to myself! Absolutely perfect! I was able to calm down and finally relax. I even stayed until 1:45 and checked out at 2pm. I will come back! Hotel ZoSo was my saving grace! Thank you for being mindful and understanding. Well done!! ♥️🫶🏻
Hotel Zoso is in one of the best and most walkable locations in Downtown PS. It is an older hotel but well cared for. Our room was spacious and clean with a refrigerator and Keurig. We had a large balcony with a pool/mountain view. The pool area is very spacious with lots of cabanas and chairs. Please be aware if you are traveling here during summer weekdays some amenities may not open in the hotel like the pool bar, cafe/coffee, valet etc. The employees we met were all very kind. It was a really nice and comfortable visit. We will definitely be back.

The best part of our stay is the location and the free valet. The location is perfect, you step right outside and you have got so many restaurants and shops in walking distance! The view of the mountains are beautiful especially loved the balcony to sip coffee and see the view of them. However the rooms could use some work, we found a dead smushed bug in the ceiling, and there was an area where the carpet was torn. The bathroom toilet paper holder in the bathroom was falling off and the bath Matt was dirty. The pool area needed cleaning when people left trash around, and the jacuzzi did not get hot at night. SIDE NOTE: I would like to give MAGGS A HUGE THANK YOU ! Who greeted us with a big smile and was our valet person our whole stay !! She made us feel welcomed, and cared for the whole trip !!!!!! HUGE COMPLEMENT TO MAGGS ! You were awesome !! Than you for making our trip nice and easy !!
