GREEN GARDEN ECO RESORT & VILLAS

Stayed as 2 adults and a toddler. Had the best time! Food was good, everything was clean, pools are good. Staff are exceptional - they work so hard!! The only downside for us was we had two lots of noisy neighbours (young party people) so got woken up a lot. But not sure if we just had bad luck because it was pretty much all families at the resort otherwise!

The hotel, villa and pool was amazing. The entertainment was night was ok, but not fantastic. It kept the kids entertained. The food was a bit meh. It quite often didn't match the menu on the website, but was there was ok. Just not as much variety as we expected.
However the resort was quiet and there were always lots of loungers and space in the pool. It got a but busier over half term, but still not too bad.

Lovely villa in a perfect setting. We only had bed and breakfast and the only downside was that there wasn’t a snack bar only the buffet option.
The Sahara restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend. Would be great if they did a lunch menu at a set price.

Schönes Hotel für Familien. Wir hatten eine VillA ohne Pool. Sehr leise, geräumig, schöne Bäder auf 2 Ebenen. Zum Strand ca 20 Minuten zu Fuß - zum Teil an der Straße entlang. Die Parkgatage war kostenlos. Da Frühstücksbuffet am Pool war sehr gut - Abendessen war ok. Kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich im Hotel

Bel appartement, spacieux et bien équipé dans un très beau cadre de verdure. Personnel souriant et prévenant. Beau choix au buffet.

Staff were excellent and made our stay really comfortable.

Excellent resort. Great for family with young children. Could not fault food or activities. Staff were all very friendly. The resort could benefit from a separate bar or restaurant as you end up eating breakfast, all dinners and having drinks and entertainment in the same room. A minor issue though. Overall lovely resort.

The hotel was clean and beautiful. The pool area was pretty and at night it was lit up to look like a tropical paradise.
Bought “all inclusive “ package when we arrived and this was we worth the money..
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Very enjoyable stay.

Todo muy bien, atención, instalaciones y comida

Muy buen sitio para pasar unas vacaciones. El apartamento es grande y la comida del buffet está muy bien elaborada. Me he sentido muy cómodo.

Très joli resort, bien entretenu. Les appartements sont confortables. A noter toutefois qu’ils sont peu insonorisés (mais la chambre est plutôt au calme).
Le parking privé est actuellement fermé mais on pouvait se garer aisément dans la rue.

The rooms had really nice rear verandas and the pool was brilliant. But the room was not very clean and we had to get it cleaned twice plus the lighting wasn't the best overall it was a good stay once we got the initial problems sorted

The private patio was the highlight of our holiday, kids loved playing there

Esta muy muy bien, los alojamientos son muy amplios, la limpieza es correcta, la comida es muy buena, y sobre todo todo su personal es superamable desde recepción, camareros-as, cocineros, personal de limpieza etc. etc. hacen honor a su eslogan be happy

Even with a few teething problems (our 5 year old son didn't want to sleep in a separate room in a strange place and we couldn't get his bed into our room) I would highly recommend this resort. The staff are excellent and made a point of asking for feedback (and acting on it) a couple of days in, so they could fix anything that needed fixing.

Lovely clean pool, spacious suites, aircon in bedroom and lots of kids activities to keep them occupied whilst the grownups got on with the important task of sunbathing and accessing the all inclusive facilities. Oh! and the Spa is exceptional too!

Dit hotel is zeer kindvriendelijk. De kinderen worden constant bezig gehouden. Indien je ter plaatse wil blijven met peuters en kleuters is dit hotel ideaal. Het is evenwel nogal ver afgelegen van het strand (+/- 30 min stappen en het hotel staat op een heuvel). Er is een shuttle beschikbaar, maar de frequentie van de ritten + de plaatsen naar waar deze je voert (één strand) is beperkt. Zo is het moeilijk om 's avonds nog eens de stad te bezoeken. Je bent min of meer geïsoleerd. Het personeel is verder uiterst vriendelijk en het eten is eveneens zeer goed.

This hotel is perfect for families with young children. Unfortunately as a couple we did not feel it met our holiday needs. There is only one bar which is located within the dining area it is open between 1pm and 3pm and then from 6pm to 11pm. At other times drinks are self service but the quality is poor. Staff, room and food ok, but no quiet areas to sit out, the only outside space is by the pool which can get very noisy. Nothing around the hotel other than the golf club. We did go into the club for coffee and a late afternòn drink and it is very civilised and not expensive. The free meal in the Sahara restarent for those on AI was nice, but not really free as you can't choose a starter and all the meat and fish dishes had a supplement. We would not return
