Quality Inn Spartanburg Northwest

This place is DISGUSTING! I didnt expect amenties, nor do I need them. Just a clean and safe place to stay. I always carry my clorox wipes and lysol when I travel. This is the worst I've ever seen. The floors weren't vacuumed or mopped. Crumbs and dust on the tv stand. Toilet FILTHY. Sink dirty... looked like a blood stain on the carpet. I used most of my clorox wipes. Plenty of lysol, and bathroom cleaner. I showed the manager, Sanjay Savalia pictures of the filth, he offered no apologies or compensation for the nastiness. He only offered a room change. I've already used most of my cleaning supplies. I'm not about to clean another damn room. Parking lot always had multiple men hanging around the entrance... I didn't bother to check out the breakfast. I imagine it was as unsanitary as the room.

Check in was simple and quick. We had an issue with the TV not working and the desk man quickly replaced it. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Rooms need updates. Breakfast offerings were very poor.

Dirty environment overall

This is a good hotel if you need someone to just sleep and park for a night or two. It’s convenient to most of what there is to do in Spartanburg and it’s an easy to get to location. It’s safe and quiet. The rooms were nice for a quick overnight. I found the staff to be helpful as well. There’s a lot of food options around as well.

Overall, I don’t know if you’d want to stay here for an extended stay, but for a night or two, it’s a great choice. I’ve stayed here twice and was happy both times.

The hotel itself was fine for a last minute place to stay. The front desk staff were not ver hospitable however. Example- had a late check in and requested if we could check out at noon or 1. Told no immediately. Woke up sick and called the seat to ask for 30 minutes to quell the situation. Reluctantly said yes and hung up.
Exactly 11:30 the were banging on the door! Never a hello or a smile, not to mention the place had maybe 4 rooms based on how few vehicles were parked.
Like I said, the room was fine, it’s the staff that was cold as ice!

The beds were clean but the walls were dirty especially in the bathroom. However we were there to sleep and move on to our next destination. Rest of bathroom was clean. Breakfast was cereal, waffles, coffee, juice, buffins and apples. Staff was pleasant.

Terrible !! Room was dirty and old with pealing wallpaper, broker toilet, smelly carpet, outlets didn’t work, door didn’t shut tight etc !!!!!!
Put a chair blocking the door to feel somewhat safe in my room !!!!!

Upon checking in the front desk staff was polite enough, but pleasant. I asked him about the deposit, his reply was not to smoke in the room. When I arrived on my floor cigarette smoke was definitely present.

In the room, the floor was sticky in spots, food/candy was on the floor in a few places. And I personally cleaned the toilet before using it, as there was residue remaining around the inside and outside of the bowl, and seat.

Pillows are old and somewhat flat.. I wasn’t in the room 10 mins and I thought I was in the alone.. well this little fella pops up out of nowhere.. I will not be staying here ever again. You would think they would offer tons of points for the inconvenience……….

It was ok. Carpet in room was in need of replacement. Didn’t look like it had been vacuumed. Lose dirt on floor. Just overall hotel was well used.

I was very disappointed, after I got home and found my black zip up jacket, that you wear over another shirt was mIss, as well as a long sleeve gray shirt and two of my Victoria bra were missing. I never thought someone would take clothing especially my bras. Bras cost $34.99 each, the gray shirt cost me $15.00 and the black jacket I wear as part of outfit cost me $24.99. I was very disappointed when I got home and was separating my clothes to wash and they were gone. Total cost: $109.97. We stayed in room 101, 19 through the 24, went home on the 25th. Sad!!!!!!!! I know I probably will not get to recover the cost. I will never stay there again. 313-334-0433

Price on Expedia is good

Good property. Area is a little bit rough but the hotel was clean and breakfast was hot and fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

The first room they gave was not cleaned at all so shifted to another room after request. Overall not very clean rooms. Breakfast needs a regular attention and refill items before someone has to complain..
