Nagyon jó környéken van, tiszta, kedvesek és segítőkészek. Szuper a reggeli.

Cons:

A számlán automatán szerepel a költségeken felül szervízdíj a személyzetnek, ami nem gond, mert kedvesek voltak, csak váratlan és meglepő az adókon túl egy szálloda esetében.

Einfach gut und schön!
Pros:

Der Service im allgemeinen und das Frühstück waren gut. Da wir vor 20 Jahren dieses Haus besucht haben, können wir sagen, dass das Hotel insgesamt einen gehörigen Sprung nach vorne gemacht hat. Für uns kommt zukünftig nur dieses Haus in Rom in Frage.

Could have been great
Pros:

Some of the staff was nice...But my family came in for an event and complained that a number of staff members were very rude and curt to the guests.

Pros:

The hotel experienced a technical issue with its air conditioning system on a Sunday, and the repair proved more complicated than expected, taking longer to resolve given it was a weekend. Despite this, the staff were extraordinary from the moment the issue arose — rather than leaving guests to deal with the inconvenience, they moved quickly to find alternative accommodations that, remarkably, met my expectations perfectly.

Great stay for a terrible area
Pros:

The actual hotel is great. Clean, good rooms, nice bar and helpful employees. The problem is that the location is perfect for visiting the Vatican museums, but the area is bad which in the hotels defense, is not their fault. The whole area near the Vatican is dirty and a bit unsettling, which was a huge disappointment. I will say that that I am happy we got lucky with this accommodation because there are not many nice places to stay around there. Next time I would book something in a nicer area and take an uber or taxi to visit the Vatican.

Area is terrible, poor Vatican City :(

Perfect stay before our cruise 🛳️
Pros:

Adorable and quiet. Front desk ladies were superb! Our room was two levels and sooooo clean and spacious! My parents had their room and got it early which was great after an overnight flight from the US. The breakfast was amazing! I can’t say enough great things. I would recommend it! Far enough from the madness but close enough to take cab. The Vatican is so close.
