Amazing stay and great views
Pros:

Everything was super flexible amd convenient
Staff were amazing
Breakfast very good and pool bar

Honestly nothing
Our room had sea view but ended up in front of giant pine trees blocking the sea view, other than that everything else was perfect

A 5 star Taormina hotel without the overpriced tag!
Pros:

This is a newly renovated hotel on the hills of Taormina. The decor and facilities are beautiful with a style reminiscent of Capri Tiberio Palace. The staff were great. Beds are very comfortable and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The shuttle service is a great plus taking us to and from central Taormina at no cost. I was genuinely surprised by the quality and level of service.

Exceptional and Exceeding Expectation Experience
Pros:

A true five star experience of luxury. You can stay at the Four Seasons but stay here and experience true Sicilian hospitality.
The rooms are large and every need is considered - even a hand steamer for those last minute wrinkles. We stayed in an executive suite - the view is spectacular all over but from the fifth floor it's unbelievably beautiful.
The staff is not intrusive but available and helpful at all times. Whatsapp any request and you are aided efficiently and effectively.
The hotel does not feel overcrowded - you can relax and get away without the crowds.
The hotel shuttle takes you to high street Taormina hour on the hour or if necessary more often. The town is a reflection of an ancient civilisation of art and beauty.
Really I can't think of a better place to stay. The actual photos of the hotel don't reflect the true grandeur and luxury.

Lyxig känsla, men lite väl dyrt att äta och dricka.
Pros:

Vacker utsikt, mycket fint hotell, en underbar trädgårdsmiljö och sköna sängar.

Cons:

Spa avdelningen renoverades och jacuzzi kunde inte användas, men massage fick vi.

Pros:

Fantastic hotel, the furnishings and design are very high quality, beautifully designed boutique hotel, with a real Sicilian atmosphere, the staff was very kind, beautiful view from our room, the pool is beautiful, with a view of the sea, a few minutes from the center of Taormina, they transported us with the hotel's own bus, very well organized, they even came to pick us up late at night, everything was well organized, we spent beautiful days here, we recommend it to everyone wholeheartedly

Fabulous, great staff
Pros:

From the moment we arrived at the hotel everyone was so welcoming, polite and friendly to us.
The view from our room and the pool area , which has been recently fully refurbished was top draw and beyond our expectations.
The breakfasts and restaurant staff couldn’t have been better,
For those looking to visit Taormina ensure you book your stay at the San Pietro, you won’t be disappointed.

Gorgeous Taromina Cliff Hotel
Pros:

Our rooms were upgraded which was a very nice surprise. The rooms were spacious, bright and had a lovely, large balcony overlooking the bay. The concierge was very helpful. The resort in its entirety was beautiful. Housekeeping was excellent. They also had a lovely buffet breakfast.

Cons:

We didn't like the hotel restaurant. It was very overpriced and the food was substandard. The concierge asked us if she could make a reservation at the hotel restaurant for us and since we were tired from the day's activities, we agreed. What she didn't tell us is that we would be the only people in the restaurant. Because the restaurant was empty, the restaurant staff swarmed around us every 2 minutes, even to wipe away a crumb. We were so uncomfortable, we could hardly wait to leave.

When we checked out, they showed us what we owed plus 10% with no description. We had to ask several times what this 10% charge was for and she finally relented and explained it was a tip for the hotel, but that it was optiona. This wasn't at all apparent from how the bill was presented.. I've done my fair share of traveling and staying at 5 star hotels and never have I seen a hotel do such a thing.

Magnifique endroit, décoration stylée et personnel parfait.
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Personnel très agréable, prévenant, et attentionné, surtout la personne aux Guest relations. Très jolie décoration, créative et très stylée.

Ho fatto prenotazione il 9 marzo, con cancellazione gratuita fino al 31 marzo; il 24 marzo mi comunicano che non saranno disponibili Spa e piscina; l'1 aprile mattina, poche ore dopo l'addebito della mia carta di credito, mi telefonano e mi comunicano che non possono ospitarci, e che ci propongono (impongono, visto il preavviso) un "upgrade" presso un altro albergo, anch'esso 5 stelle. Ho trovato il comportamento per niente adeguato (non potevano avvisare prima ?) e poco trasparente (non mi hanno comunicato il prezzo della diversa sistemazione offerta, palesemente inferiore a quanto ho pagato).
