Have stayed here twice and won’t hesitate to stay again.
Pros:

Everything. Pool and view are great. The renovations are beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. Beautiful breakfast area as well as the bars. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Just the loud obnoxious American tourists who don’t respect other people’s quiet time.

Wonderful hotel , highly recommend
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, with outstanding staff who made our stay truly memorable. The views are spectacular, and the pool area was exceptional—we spent most of our days relaxing there.

Our room was lovely, with beautiful finishes, although it was a little on the small side. Breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning.

The location is excellent, and the complimentary hourly shuttle service to and from the Old City made exploring incredibly convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying at this property.

The design, the look and feel. The plants used, like the larger shaped Oliver trees or Bogonvilla trees were stunning colors.

The individuals at reception were always helpful and made sure things going done. The lady on day 1 Franscesco was so welcoming and lovely to deal with. She made us feel at home and you can feel the genuine care

Cons:

I like the way to looked, it was the colors I expected. The spa was “okay” would not rate this as an example to the levels at Maldives’s or Bali/Thailand. It would great if there were amJacuzzi options for the some rooms.
Also the offer of alcohol for the room should be improved. Add prosecco, 1 white and 1 red at customers.

Gem of a hotel

What a gem of a hotel! The photos online aren’t a true reflection of how incredible this hotel is. The rooms, the design, the views, the friendly and helpful staff were all incredible. We loved the beautiful pool area with breathtaking views and great food after a hot day of walking around Taormina. The hotel made our visit to Taormina extra special. I have to mention Antonella in particular as well as the concierge (whose name I did not get). They were so warm and friendly and a goldmine of info and recommendations.
