Lack of iron in the room
Taj View from the Hotel Room was main objective and that's met.
On booking.com we had booked Delux category for Taj View but on arrival, we were told that only Higher category rooms were available and they upgraded us to the same but on chargeable basis. Payment for upgradation, we paid first time. Normally this doesn't happen when we have a confirmed booking through Booking.com

Ramesh Chand Entire team is amazing and kind nature they take care of everything. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Taj Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff were exceptionally courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel truly valued throughout my stay.

The property comes with amazing and supportive staff. The pool area has some stunning views. I met Vivek (staff) here, he made sure that our stay is comfortable and joyful.
I absolutely loved the food and service. I requested murg jehangiri shorba,roomali roti, gilafi sheekh and phirni. Each item was delicious. In fact irs been a long time simce I have tasted a roomali roti this good. Chef Devraj - Thank you! Amit, and Mr Majumdar were very attentive and helpful. Many thanks to them and Sakshi for a wonderful dining experience.
