The hospitality
The entrance write now very conjusted
Simply the best hotel found in our entire trip in India. Very western stile (more similar to a small resort), clean and large rooms, different restaurants inside and with a good position to visit Agra (taxis could come inside). It's not a long description, but simply the best hotel we found. Very suggested and with a great price (at least in off-season)
This is a problem of all hotels we tried in India, so not specific of this one!
I don't understand why rooms for 3 are not available and the only solution is the extra bed (that was good, but a little less comfortable). I'm texting it just because the entire experience was so good that this small detail could be solved
El hotel es de la cadena Taj, en la que me había alojado previamente en Delhi y sin darme cuenta resultó ser el mismo en Agra, el personal desde la entrada es muy amable y la llegada a la recepción fue bastante rápida para la entrega de la habitación. La cama es muy cómoda y el aire acondicionado es silencioso y funciona muy bien porque en el momento de ir, la temperatura era muy alta en Agra, sin embargo la habitación siempre estaba muy fresca. La ubicación es perfecta porque queda a pocas cuadras de la entrada del complejo del Taj Mahal, si la temperatura lo permitiera, se puede ir caminando a pesar de que al frente se encuentra una linea de metro y en este momento habia una obra civil /arreglos en la calle, a pesar de eso el ruido era nulo en las habitaciones. La tarifa no incluia el desayuno y como nuestra estadía era muy corta, no usamos el restaurante por lo que no fue posible evaluarlo, sin embargo teneer presente que esta cadena también se encarga del catering para las aerolíneas en los aeropuertos del mundo. En la terraza hay opción de mirador hacia el Taj Mahal, sin embargo en esta fecha (mayo de 2026) el calor no permitía hacer una buena comida de manera cómoda a la interperie, pero la vista es espectacular.
Todas las expectativas se cumplieron. No tuvimos nada de que quejarnos.

Exzellentes Frühstück mit Koch, der Speisen frisch zubereitet, tolle Lage, Taj Mahal ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar (West Gate). Sehr aufmerksames Personal, große und ruhige Zimmer, schöner Poolbereich.
Ich würde mir weichere Polster und Conditioner im Badezimmer wünschen.

Excellent hotel, clean and tidy. Breakfast was excellent and staff extremely helpful.
Hotel bar was comfortable and reasonable priced our barman Gagan really looked after us during our 4 night stay. Thank you Gagan you made our stay even better and are a credit to the hotel.
Pool area was well maintained and clean (top tip take flip flops or free slippers to get in and out of pool as tiles around the pool get extremely hot). The gardens around the pool area are also lovely and well maintained. Hotel also has a rooftop bar with views of Taj Mahal.
