Dinner at the restaurant at the terrace was fine even if Taj Mahal was in the dark -no lights
It is not a service like a 5 star hotel. It is more a 3 star superior hotel.
In the bathroom I found water in the drawer of the hairdryer, scratched walls and furniture, bed smell
Shortage of towels in the bathroom for the hands (only one for two people)
We did not like breakfast. Croissant seemed stale and chewy.
All staff are always more than happy to help, provide or source anything yiu ask for. Nothing was too much trouble
Breakfast was limited however just enough variation to keep everyone happy, from made to order pancakes waffles eggs and dhosas, to traditional north Indian Breakfast paratha, and full English!
I would just say one thing that it would have been great to have a bit more of a variety of fruits.

Stayed for 1 night at Taj View, Agra and had a really great experience. The service was excellent—staff was very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. Everything from check-in to dining was smooth and well-managed.
The best part of my stay was at the front office, where two adorable Labrador dogs made the experience even more special. They were super friendly and added a unique, warm touch to the overall hospitality.
Overall, a very pleasant stay with great service and memorable moments. Would definitely recommend!
We have been visiting the hotel on our way to Gwalior and we always stop here for the amazing service and food. Ramesh Jha ji has been so attentive in his service and ensure our comfort. He is a big part why we keep coming back to the hotel every time.

It was a good overall experienece. I stayed for 1 night and was offered and upgrade with a tajview room, which was excellent. Buffet breakfast was good, but dinner could be improved.
