Hotel nice, little tired and very expensive for food and drink

The pool area is lovely , it is close to the Taj Mahal

A classy and calm place.
Pros:

An oasis of calm. Amazing staff. Comfortable rooms ( a big bed!) and excellent food. The roof terrace has a fabulous view of the Taj Mahal.
A very enjoyable stay.

Hotel close to Taj.
Pros:

Close to Taj. Windows well isolated. Nice restaurant.

Cons:

Soundproofing between rooms not very good. Quite rundown.

Worth a stay for the views from the rooftop.
Pros:

Amazing views from the rooftop, lovely big rooms, very comfortable bed.

Staff were fantastic, had some incredible meals at the Jhankar restaurant. Service there was excellent as well, we liked it so much we ate there twice!

Overall we had a very nice stay

Cons:

On one of the days breakfast was totally chaotic, someone complained and the next day it was much more organised. Layout of the room isn't conducive to a self service breakfast buffet, meaning bottlenecks formed around coffee machine for example.

Fine but the view of the Taj which is why I stayed here was oversold, the pool was also not in use
Pros:

The room was comfortable and quiet, the shower was hot and had good pressure. The food (dinner) in the restaurant was very tasty.

Cons:

Struggled to find any staff in the restaurant for dinner (it was 7.30pm) and had to and ask for service twice. Some of the staff at reception were too attentive and made me feel like uncomfortable - like insisting on showing me where the rooftop restaurant was and into my room. I value independence and personal space so if I decline your offer to join me then please respect that.

Le personnel est très attentionné et agréable.
Belle ambiance au rooftop même si le Taj Mahalia s est caché dans la brume et n’était pas au rdv ce soir la.

Cons:

Nombreux mariages durant cette période
Magie des tenues magnifiques et de l’esprit festif qui vous gagne rapidement mais qui vous quitte bien malgré vous dans les heures plus matinales.

The staff, bedroom, Max and Maya, breakfast (especially when you have only had breakfast with white toast, jam and butter and some spice food, which my kids didn't like)

Cons:

I felt the stores at the Hotel were a bit of a turist trap. Over pricing things and then saying that they can give you a good deal

We loved this hotel, Happy with the services and enjoyed stay there.
Pros:

The hotel is nice and clean, has few swimming pool and the kids are enjoyed it. The staff was humble and helpful. The good is delicious and many choices for breakfast buffet. 2 dogs (Maya and Max) are surprised is and the kids loved to pet them. Very friendly dogs and safe. Many activities for the kids and can do with family too like plants, cooking class, drawing , etc and all is free charge. We got extra bed also for free charge. I joined the Taj Member and will get many benefits. We loved this hotel and will come
back again in future. High recommended.

Cons:

We only booked 1 room with king size bed for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids under 12), so make the room looks tight/small for us, especially with 1 extra bed. But we stayed only for 2 nights so it's not really bother us.
Maybe better to provide the bigger size for body soap, shampo and conditioner?
