Great view
Pros:

Affordable, clean, and comfortable lodging with good ocean view. Some rooms have telephone pole and/or line partway in view. Expect road noise from being on the east side of 101. Enjoyed the balcony and fireplace.

The location and the view was AMAZING.. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Unfortunately our fireplace didn't work and there was no breakfast offered even though guests were told and booking advertised there was.. The office opened after the stated time as well. I called the staff and were told breakfast was an old offer . Honestly I was only wanting coffee but the advertising should match what you get. Other than that everything was wonderful..

Pros:

We liked the room layout and the ocean view. The fridge and microwave were a nice addition.

Cons:

Not the properties fault but it was on the noisier side especially in the morning when traffic was flowing and guests above were preparing to leave. Earplugs were very helpful and blocked out all the noise.

This was an annoying stay.
Pros:

The view is great and the room was fine.

Cons:

We didn’t have any service to our room during our 4 day stay. No clean towels , no emptied waste baskets, nothing. When I asked, I was told that I should come to the office to pick up clean towels. This is not service.
