Lovely weekend away as a family of 5
Pros:

We had a lovely stay in Blackpool over the weekend. The hotel was lovely and clean kept lovely and warm the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us and our children. Its the first time we've booked a hotel in Blackpool and been pleasantly surprised by it it made our stay so much better than previous years. The added parking was worth it for us as we've had issues with parking in prior visits.

Cons:

I honestly can't say that there was anything wrong with our stay.

Was ok except for the room.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Just enough, didn't overface you. Was very tasty.

Cons:

The room was too small. We have come there for years,and we were always on the other side,which was nice. Couldn't move round in this room. The sockets on the wall for the kettle were coming off the wall,not safe to use. Just didn't enjoy it this time. Never had any complaints before, always loved it there. The staff were all nice and helpful. We will probably come back as it's in the right place for everything,and always enjoyed it. Sorry to have to say all this, but it's the first time we didn't enjoy the room you gave us.

Pros:

Cleanliness of the bedrooms. Helpful staff.

Cons:

That only the football group could have breakfast between 8 and 8.30. We needed to be eating then as we had to be in the Winter Gardens by 9.30 for a competition,
