I do not believe our room was cleaned before we were given the keys to it—greasy bathroom counter, dishes in dishwasher, big red acrylic nail on bedroom floor, and missing towels. The shower head was lined with mold as was the trim along the bathroom floor. Neither the shower nor the bathroom sink would drain so when showering, you had to do so fast enough so that the tub wouldn’t overflow. We did not see a cleaning cart or staff cleaning any rooms the entire time we were there. We would not stay here again unless we could not find a room literally anywhere else.

When we entered the room there was an odor. We realized the shower curtain had no liner so it got wet and mildewed which stunk. There were no bath towels, just hand towels. We had to request some. The next night we came back and a washcloth was hanging up on the hand towel rack. No shower floor mat either

We have stayed in the past, were saddened the hot tub was gone. We were in a handicapped accessibility room, the shower leaked, but worked. The breakfast hours ended at 9 which seemed early. But its a great value in a great location

Our bathroom was under construction. The walls were bare drywall, there was drywall mud on the floor, the sink was barely attached. Other than that the room was fine. Good beds and pillows.

Very good value. Clean room, decent breakfast and area was quiet.

Front desk very friendly, everything clean as expected.

Upon checkin the dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes and remained that way until I checked out. I didn’t use a single item. No pods in room so I couldn’t wash them.
There was a 2 inch “L” shaped rip in the middle of the bottom bed sheet.
The bathroom curtain rod was bent down so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed so water sprays out on the edges. Vent cover in shower all rusted.
Mattress was all lumpy. The place is not maintained well. I used to like staying here but this will probably be the last time since they don’t take care of their property anymore.

Everything except hot tub out of service

The afternoon staff was not helpful. They gave us the wrong wrong and it felt like they did not want to help us with the issues that had risen.

We like the two bedroom suite, is very spacious and in fairly good condition. In needs some maintenance work (but small details) and rhey need to pay a little more attention to cleanliness in bathroom.

The location is excellent, close to lots of restaurants, shopping centers, transportation and ISU

Carpets were stained and had odor.

Stained carpets, dirty sofa bed and the bathroom had an odd smell. Other than the cleanliness it was a good stay. The one employee we saw was friendly but no one is ever at the desk. Pool was nice and warm but never any towels and hot tub down.

Surprisingly, the bed was comfortable. It was great to have a kitchenette in my room. The staff was professional and friendly. Overall I had a good visit

Easy to get to. Executive suite is comfy and roomy. Convenient to shopping.

Walked into a 85° degree room, due to dead batteries in the thermostat, the bed wasn't made, and we didn't have any soap, or bath towels. Otherwise, the room was nice.

We had a room with a kitchen, living area and 2 bedrooms. The air conditioner in 1 bedroom blew really hard and that room was cold, the 2nd room hardly blew at all and it was too hot.
Floors were sticky from too much soap cleaning so we had to wipe them.
Walls were very thin. One of us was sick and trying to sleep but a baby in the next room was crying so sleep was difficult. We could hear everything in their room.
