Mooi hotel ideaal gelegen om Hasselt en omgeving te bereiken.
Pros:

Mooie kamer, hotel vlot bereikbaar op elk moment van de dag. Housekeeping was zeer sympathiek en alles is super proper. Receptionist bij het uitchecken was ook zeer vriendelijk.

Cons:

De ontvangst, redelijk onvriendelijk duo dat zonder schroom in een vreemde taal tegen mekaar sprak/grapjes maakten als ik voor hen stond. Hadden ze al te veel enthousiaste Pukkelpop bezoekers moeten inchecken? Of einde shift? Desalniettemin, niet naar de standaard van een "chique" hotel als deze Radisson, dit gedrag.
Toen ik vroeg of er een deal was met de parking onderin het gebouw ( waar naar verwezen werd in de online checkin mail, maar link was verwijderd) kreeg ik heel bot te hore dat dat niet zo is, want is QPark. Op een toon van "haha dikke pech". Een vraag over het ontbijt was ook duidelijk te veel.
De parking is wel extreem duur: beter kort parkeren voor bagage af te leveren en een goedkoper alternatief zoeken indien je dit kan/wil.

Modern en zeer goed hotel in hartje Hasselt
Pros:

Vriendelijk onthaal, early check-in, modern hotel, luxury kamers, zeer goed ontbijt met vegan opties.

Cons:

2 minpunten:
- extra toeristentaks ondanks dat mijn boeking duidelijk aangaf dat deze inclusief alle taksen was
- ontbijt kost 22€ per persoon als dit niet vooraf is doorgegeven. Bij de check-in kreeg ik 20€ als prijs meegegeven.

Jammer dat er dus twee keer extra’s worden aangerekend. Ik heb het zo gelaten en betaald maar inzake customer experience zou dat veel beter kunnen.

Oké verblijf, iets meer personele aandacht zou super zijn
Pros:

Locatie is super en om eerlijk te zijn, avondeten en ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Gekke routing in het hotel en personeel die kennelijk blij was dat het weekend voorbij was (moe, druk met andere zaken dan met mij, klant)

Ontbijt oké, niks bijzonders, goede locatie met beschikbare parking. Personeel gewoon vriendelijk

Cons:

Ik had een standaardkamer geboekt met 1 tweepersoons bed en kreeg een kamer met twin bedden.
Voor de prijs die ik hiervoor betaald heb, mogen ze wel voldoen aan de vraag van de klant zeker als je kan kiezen op de website. In de badkamer was de rubber van het douchescherm verdwenen en bij het douchen stond de badkamer onder water.
