Aangenaam verblijf, dat ons bevallen is doordat wij ‘S avonds het hotel niet dienden te verlaten om op restaurant te gaa
Pros:

Goede locatie, geen overlast zelfs bij enorme toevloed van reizigers. Ons hondje was ook zeer welkom, dat heeft ons zeer gecharmeerd.

Cons:

Zeer dure parking, wij wisten op voorhand niet dat wij via het hotel een korting konden krijgen

Pros:

Lekker kort bij het centrum, heerlijk groot bed, prima ontbijt. Super vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Tv ietsjes te ver van het bed, maar komt door de grote van de kamer

Location was great

Cons:

Hotel accepted big group, but couldnt meet the demand which caused the rest of the guest suffer- they closed kitchen as they were just too busy,no room service or food in the roof bar, half of breakfast area was closed off, so the rest of the guest were crowded into few tables.
Rooms were also below 4* standards, curtains coming off, no electricity in some sockes, not even complimentary bottle of water

Locatie is prima, direct naast het centrum. Je bent er lopend zo. Direct toegang vanuit het hotel tot de Q-Park garage. Kamer zelf is prima. Airco werkte gied. Bedden sliepen okay. Ontbijt is gewoontjes, niet bijzonder.

Cons:

Douche, de badkamer werd drijfnat omdat het water vanuit de douche zo de grond opging.

Cons:

Personeel. De beersing van het Nederlands is ondermaats in het restaurant. Geen groot probleem om het in het Engels te doen.
De receptie is erg onbehulpzaam en vervalt in het kleineren van de klant. Dit verzuurt het hele verblijf.

Tegels in de badkamer moeten opnieuw gevoegd worden.

Das Zimmer war sauber.
Das Frühstück war vielseitig.
Das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas abgenutzt.
Bei der Dusche lief das Wasser raus so dass der Boden nass war. Da fehlte eine Abdichtung zwischen Glas und Wanne.
