Nicht besonders erfreulich. Aber rein durch die Umstände des Gebäudes und Instandhaltung.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war außerordentlich gut und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist nicht nur veraltet sondern extrem schlecht gewartet. Das Wasser im Waschtisch läuft nicht ab. Die Spülanlage vom WC funktioniert nicht ordnungsgemäß. Die Handtücher hatten große Löcher. Man hörte alles durch die Wände, ich habe die Nachbarn die nicht laut waren sondern in Zimmerlautstärke gesprochen haben bis 4h in der Früh gehört. Alles was am Gang passiert ist hat man direkt mitbekommen da die Türe zu dem Zimmer einen 3-4cm großen Spalt am Boden hatte (falsch abgeschnitten). Und der Gang roch nach Skistall (also nicht besonders gut).

Cons:

Haben ewig gewarted beim Essen bestellen. Frühstück war inklusive. Jedoch war vieles bereits weg (Frühstück ab 07:00 Uhr und wir waren um 07:30 Uhr dort).

Das Hotel hat eine eigene Tiefgarage, das war toll. Einfacher und unkomplizierter Check-in. Frühstücksbuffet war ganz gut. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstück wirkte sehr genervt. Weiter Fußweg bis ins Zentrum.

Cons:

When we checked in, we requested a quiet room. At first, they put us in a room where we could constantly hear the kitchen exhaust fan humming loudly—it was nonstop, just like torture. When we first asked to be moved, the girl at the front desk didn't tell the truth (as we later found out) about the kitchen’s working hours and made it clear she didn’t want to do anything about the situation. Thanks to another manager, we were moved to a different room. Strangely enough, the room facing the street turned out to be quieter—that’s how loud the kitchen exhaust fan is.
Both coffee machines at breakfast weren’t working properly. The staff couldn’t care less. Breakfast is meager; for a 4-star hotel, there’s only one type of ham and one type of cheese to choose from.
