Pros:

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Mitarbeiter. Beim Frühstück bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Komfortable Einzelzimmer mit schönen Bädern und funktionierender Klimaanlage (nicht selbstverständlich). Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist perfekt. Nur wenige Schritte zum Hauptbahnhof, Fußgängerzone, Oper.

Cons:

WLAN hatte Aussetzer, könnte mit der Lage der Zimmer zu tun haben. Beim ersten Besuch hatte ich ein Zimmer in der 5. Etage, da gab es keine Probleme, beim zweiten Besuch ein Zimmer in der 2. Etage.

Pros:

Hotel is perfect, location, stuff. Near bus and raill station. Tons of restaurants. Opera house. The only small thing. Breakfast is excellent, but. We stayed for 5 nights, and Breakfast varieties are huge, but the same every morning. This not a big deal. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Every day the same breakfast. No toast. But, variety of food choices is big.
