My boyfriend and I spent a night at the Crown Plaza to celebrate my 24th birthday. When checking in Rai at the reception was welcoming us warmly with a lot of kindness. The room was on the 7th floor overlooking the city and mountains of Geneva. The space was beautifully decorated with a large king bed and bathroom with separate walk in shower and toilet. Also the in room bar had local Swiss snacks and was very complete.
Before dinner in the hotels restaurant we had some drinks at the cozy bar. Good wine was served. Later on we enjoyed a lovely meal. Service was very smooth and kind. The breakfast could not be better, sweet and savory options at the buffet and à la carte made the experience at the Crown Plaza Geneva unforgettable.
The staff gave me restored hope for why I should stay in hotels more often. It felt like we were checking into the suite of a 5 star hotel with how enthusiastic and helpful the staff were upon our arrival. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was very busy but the omelette station was great and the staff quickly replenished food. They provided complimentary bus vouchers so we were able to use the bus with no cost and they have a complimentary shuttle to the airport which was so nice and easy!
It is a bit out of the way but the bar and adjoining restaurant was such a vibe! So many people were there for happy hour and they had the cutest fondue hut.
Hotel located close to the airport with shuttle running every 20minutes. Also ciry centre can be reach by bus within 20minutes. Rooms good size, staff great, welcoming&helpful. I will revist for sure.
Excellent location adjacent to important transport hubs including the free airport shuttle. Hotel staff excellent, friendly, helpful and efficient. Hotel clean and peaceful. Bedrooms well equipped and quiet. Breakfast excellent, bar for drinks and snacks perfect. Well done to the whole hotel team.

This is my second time staying here, and it remains the perfect choice in Geneva. The hotel is very clean and professional, with a delicious breakfast and high-class staff.
The location is ideal—very close to the airport and the "Watches and Wonders" exhibition. Their private shuttle service to the airport and the palexapo is extremely convenient.
Special thanks to the Lounge team on the 8th floor for the quiet and comfortable atmosphere. I especially want to thank Samanta for her exceptional service and thoughtfulness; she provided a footstool for me to rest without even being asked.
Also, many thanks to Manager Rai, and the reception team, Meriem and Riad, for their warm hospitality.
I will definitely be back for Watches and Wonders 2027!
La localisation proche de l'aéroport et de Palexpo est un avantage, petit déjeuner assez fourni avec assez de tables.
Les chambres qui donnent sur l'avenue devant l'hôtel sont mal isolées ce qui fait que le bruit de la route s'entend vraiment fort dans les chambres même avec des bouchons d'oreille.
Le personnel m'a paru froid, il n'y avait aucune forme d'attention envers les clients, comme s'ils étaient ailleurs, mais restent polis.
Un grand merci à Anis, Samantha , Laëtitia (et leurs collaborateurs ) pour leur professionnalisme, leur écoute et leur attention constante au bien-être des clients. Leur accueil fait toute la différence.
