Good before catching a flight
Pros:

Located just a few minutes from the airport, with a shuttle running every 20 minutes, which is very convenient.
Rooms are clean. They're not cutting-edge or ultra-modern, but perfectly fine for a short stay.
On the Club floor, there are no bathtubs except in the suites - something to keep in mind if you're traveling with kids, though for one night it's manageable.
We ordered room service for the kids and it was good.
We didn't try the breakfast.
Special thanks to Meriem at the front desk, who was very kind, and Rai, who was extremely professional.

Top class hotel near airport with free shuttle bus makes it easy
Pros:

Good location near the airport for a 1 night stopover. Free airport shuttle was very convenient. Staff were very helpful and looked after our luggage for the day.

Perfect stay before catching your flight
Pros:

Stayed here once a few years ago for 1 night before a flight out of Geneva, and again for a complementary stay because of a canceled flight. Both times I’ve really enjoyed my experience and I definitely recommend this hotel if you need a quick stop before catching a flight out of the Geneva Airport. The bar in particular has excellent service and the drink selection and the tapas menu are delicious.

Worth staying there just for the breakfast!

Good location for a short break
Pros:

We spent 2 nights at the Crowne Plaza for a pre-Christmas break. The hotel is easily walkable from the airport with a small amount of luggage. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel so very easy to travel into town. We were provided with complimentary Geneva travel cards. Our room was adequate - clean, warm and quiet with a large comfortable bed. On arrival there were no towels and only 1 bath robe. On checking out we noticed an empty water bottle under the bed which was not ours!

Wonderful experience at the restaurant
Pros:

This is our 3rd stay at the Crown Plaza when having a stop-over the night at Geneva airport. We always had wonderful service at reception, both friendly and professional with access to our room even when arriving fairly early in the morning. This time we had the chance to eat at the Seventy restaurant and had an amazing experience with the staff (Killa, Eolia and Yves) being so lovely, caring, giving us free wine because we were celebrating a personal achievement! With that, the food was gorgeous and I highly recommend it. The hotel rooms are clean and of a good size and, as an IHG ambassador, we always get upgraded. I can totally say this is our preferred hotel for airport transfers in Europe!

Exceeded my expectations, staff and services went above and beyond
Pros:

Rooms a decent size for Europe, beds very comfortable, bathroom sizeable and modern. The shuttle to/from airport running every 20 minutes was super helpful and the drivers were very personable and helpful. Front desk staff also very friendly. They gave me my room really early (10 am) which was massively appreciated. And the breakfast offering was vast, much larger than expected and quality was high. I didn't expect the pain au chocolat to be as flaky and buttery as it was and lots of variety on hand food and beverage-wise.

Cons:

I would've loved more than 1 water bottle in the room to drink free of charge and more vegetables available at breakfast but really that's nitpicking.
