Estancia familiar ideal.
Pros:

La amplitud de la estancia y terraza enorme. Al ser dos habitaciones parece un apartamento. Dos baños completos, cocina, frigorífico. Me encantó

Pros:

Great location with amazing views and ground. A great base location if you’re travelling around the island. Room was clean and spacious. Staff was very approachable. We had just breakfast included which ticked all the boxes. Great parking facilities and a fantastic hotel.

Cons:

Only one thing I would mention is that this hotel is best suited to those who rent a car as it’s a little out the way which in my opinion is great to have a bit of tranquility on holiday.

Hotel con mucho potencial, pero decepcionante. Caro para lo que ofrece.
Pros:

El hotel es fantástico, con unas instalaciones muy buenas. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. La comida tampoco estaba nada mal. El aparcamiento también es un buen punto a su favor.

Cons:

Las piscinas están heladas, a pesar de presumir en su web de tener climatización, pero no es cierto y no los niños se bañaban. Las piscinas estaban vacías todo el día.
El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones son antiguos y muy ruidosos. No se puede regular la temperatura ni el caudal. En recepción nos comentaron que para eso había que avisar a un técnico que lo modificaba con un mando, lo que es totalmente absurdo, poco funcional y nada práctico.

During my stay, there was no complimentary bottled drinking water, electric kettle, tea or coffee-making facilities, or basic toiletries in the room. Guests also need to request various amenities separately, with additional charges applying to certain facilities, including the in-room safe.

While I appreciate that hotels have different policies regarding complimentary services, the availability of basic conveniences can make a significant difference to the overall guest experience.

Overall, the hotel's location, cleanliness, and staff are definite positives. With some improvements to the in-room facilities and greater attention to guest convenience, Hotel Las Águilas could offer an experience that more fully meets the expectations associated with its 4-star rating.
