A refaire au sud de l’île
Pros:

Le personnel très agréable mise a part une des réceptionnistes qui n’a rien à faire dans l’hôtellerie ni dans aucun métier avec des relations clients !
Le parc est très beau mais le temps est vraiment pire qu’en Bretagne nord( c’est vous dire..)
Ne venez pas au Nord pour le soleil c’est au sud qu’il faut aller.
Visitez Orotava c’est magnifique.
LeTeide aussi.
Grand merci a Carlos pour ses Margaritas et sa gentillesse.
Félicitations aux femmes de ménage, l’hotel est d’une rare propriété

Cons:

La réceptionniste lors de l’accueil
Le temps( pas un jour de beau en 7 nuits)
La salle de gym très juste avec des équipements qui ne fonctionnent pas.
Les pâtisseries du buffet qui ont 20 ans de retard ( LA crème au beurre c’est pour la buche de Noel).
Les croissants du buffet couvert d’un nappage de sucre écoeurant:
ON NE MET PAS DE SUCRE SUR LES CROISSANTS !
C’EST PÉCHÉ!
C’est pour les mauvais pâtissiers…
ON MET UNE PATE FEUILLETÉE FAITE AVEC DU BEURRE DE QUALITÉ.

Cons:

Too many cars on the parking, sometimes it was difficult to part our car in a proper way there.
We were in March and the pool wasn’t warm enough.
