War alles prima. Frühstück war super. Personal sehr freundlich. Besonders gut ist die Lage und Nähe zur Speicherstadt. Immer wieder gerne. Vor allem für eine Zwischenübernachtung.

Für uns perfekt, wir waren schon mal hier und kommen immer gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind immer sehr sauber und großräumig. Beim Frühstücksbuffet ist für jeden Geschmack reichlich Auswahl. Das Personal ist immer freundlich. Die Gerichte beim Abendessen haben sehr gut geschmeckt. Top Lage am Hafen, vieles fußläufig erreichbar - insbesondere das Miniaturwunderland. Und falls es mal ein anderer Stadtteil sein sollte, die U-Bahn liegt quasi direkt vor dem Hotel.

TOP Hotel, gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, gute Lage ,

Wir drei ( Enkeltochter 18, Opa und Oma ) waren das erste aber nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Top Hotel Madison und hatten vier unvergesslich wundervolle Tage hier verbringen können. Wir waren rundherum voll und ganz zufrieden und hatten uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. So ein schönes Hotel mit so tollen Personal findet man selten, alle waren sehr freundlich, höflich und hilfsbereit. Die modern ausgestattete Zimmer waren super sauber und es wurde an alles gedacht. Das Frühstück hat alles übertroffen, es war alles reichhaltig, frisch und liebevoll angerichtet. Nach so einem perfekten Frühstück konnte man gut gelaunt den Tag beginnen und diese wundervolle Stadt erkunden. Das Personal bekommt nicht nur fünf Sterne sondern auch fünf Herzen, einfach nur TOP .
Das Hotel Madison überzeugt auch durch seine sehr gute Lage nahe der Hafenstadt, Innenstadt und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen . Wir werden das Hotel Madison mit positiver Bewertung nur weiter empfehlen und wir waren uns sicher, das wir bald wiederkommen werden.

Nicht ganz günstig aber der Aufenthalt war schön

Cons:

Das Personal war wenig persönlich. Es stört mich eigentlich nicht, ob jemand fragt, wie die Anreise war oder wie der Aufenthalt gefallen hat, aber so gar kein Wort war ungewöhnlich! Nicht gefallen hat mir das sehr teuere Parkhaus war mitten in der Renovierung war.
