Pros:

De locatie was top, vlakbij de haven en de Elbphilharmonie. Het hotel zelf was super de luxe, met een garage onder het hotel, ruimte kamer, comfortabele bedden, rujimte badkamer met onze favoriete doucheschuim (Rituals).

Cons:

Het ontbijt was aan de dure kant. Wel een uitgebreid buffet. En het personeel griste je borden weg voor je was uitgegeten.

Ja, war gut. 2x Nachtessen auch.

Cons:

Zu kurz nachdem wir den Apèro Drink bekommen hatten, hat man uns bereits die Kürbissuppe serviert und den Salat. Eigentlich sollte man zuerst den Apèro Drink konsumieren dürfen, bevor man die Vorspeise erhält.

Sehr schönes Zimmer im 5. Stock, ruhig, Blick auf Kirchturm. Gute Ausstattung.

Cons:

Die Qualität des Frühstücks: Kaffee, Backwaren waren leider nicht schmackhaft.

Personalets imødekommenhed var fantastisk. Fra receptionisterne til morgenmadspersonalet. Beliggenheden var fin. Udvalget af morgenmad var super godt med mulighed for at bestille æg fra køkkenet.

Alles Top, grosses Zimmer und gutes Bett. Überall freuntliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Super Lage!
Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen!

Cons:

Eine Dusche wäre uns lieber gewesen statt Badewanne. Weil eine Person gehbehindert war. Aber es wahr auch machbar.

Temiz ve yeri çok merkezi konumda, çok nezih bir otel.

Cons:

Rezervasyonumda büyük çift yatak yazmasına ve bizi aile olarak görmelerine rağmen 2 tek yatağı birleştirip verdiler. Bunu sonra belirtmeme rağmen bir özür dahi dilemediler.
