Leipzig hat tolle Hotels und Menschen, das Park Hotel gehört nicht dazu

Wir fühlten uns von Anfang an nicht wirklich willkommen (direkt beim Check In die Frage, ob man denn am nächsten Tag das Zimmer reinigen müsse - da hatten wir es noch nicht mal gesehen), es gab keinen Service (z. B. keine Wasserschalen für die Hunde, trotz Zusatzgebühr), das Frühstücksbuffet war über eine Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit halb leer und man sagte uns, dass nicht mehr nachgelegt werde, da nur noch 10 Gäste zu erwarten seien) und auf unsere Nachfragen bekamen wir nur unhöfliche Antworten.
Wir haben dann in einem anderen Hotel eingecheckt, in dem wir so ganz anders gesehen / als Gäste behandelt wurden. Definitiv kein 4 - Sterne - Niveau.

Pros:

Die Damen beim Frühstücksbuffett waren äußerst freundlich und lustig. Die gute Teamarbeit und der Spass ist ansteckend und wirkt sich positiv auf das ganze hervorragende Frühstückserlebniss aus.
Auch der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
Die Lage war ganz in der Nähe der Altstadt und gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes einzigartig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Zimmer sauber. Die Lage sehr ruhig!

Cons:

Das Bad war ganz gewönnungsbedürftig im Vorraum des Zimmers.

Alles gut, ich würde es nochmals buchen.
Pros:

Ich hatte ein ruhiges Zimmer. Ich habe selten so gut in einem Stadthotel geschlafen. Gute Lage, direkt gegenüber vom Hauptbahnhof.

Cons:

Das Bad ist offen, dadurch war die Luft im Zimmer trotz ausgiebigem Lüften immer feucht. Ein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer wäre schön gewesen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Badewanne und gemütliche Einrichtung meines Zimmers, genügend Platz für Yogamatte, Nachhaltigkeit in Bezug auf Mülltrennung und einen Gutschein für die Bar statt täglicher Zimmerreinigung, unglaublich gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück im Speisesaal, der dem Orientexpress nachempfunden ist, ausgesprochen praktische Lage direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof
