The breakfast was a little expensive. And they didn't have exactly what I wanted for the price. So I did not eat
The room was a little smaller than what I would usually get. For that price, free breakfast .
I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the staff. The stay was good. I did not have to wait for a room. Just parking at night is a lot tight. And in finding parking is bad.

La propreté et le confort du lit et l’oreiller.
Le petit déjeuner n’est pas inclus et un simple café coût cher. Pour manger aussi le soir, il propose que du fast food.
The location was great for me, the balcony room (when I managed to get it) was great. There was one staff at the reception who was amazing and kind, Margie, everyone should learn from her. For short stay or overnight stay the hotel is good.
Initially I was shocked at how minimal the hotel was, but was then told that the hotel is specific for those staying overnight or coming for a meeting or such. The staff at the reception are very unprofessional and do not treat guests as guests, that is when you find them, most of the time they don't pick up the phone or promise to call back and don't. Their attitude is very insulting.

The staff considering their maids stole jewelry and shoes from my mother while we were staying, which would have never happened if they actually gave you a safe in your room like most quality hotels do. Will never recommend courtyard mariotts to anyone ever again.
