This is a really nice Super 8. The rooms here at clean and updated. The shower water was very hot.

The location was good for what we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed was horrible. There was no pet walk area other than weeds, high grass, and briars. There was not adequate hot water!!! The temp control on the fridge was broken off.

Like the fact that it was just a 10 minute drive from the location I was going to have to visit daily

Was dirty breakfast consisted of never having anything when we were down there by 7:30 8:45 at the latest fresh fruit was given out the last morning we were there the only thing that was offered was cereal that was in a spout cereal appear to be there for quite a while no milk for the cereal. Was not a clean area

Good stay - no problems. Enjoyed the prime rib dinner from the Franklin Steak House.
Pros:

king size bed and smoking room. Pets allowed.

Cons:

Need a coffee pot with coffee in the room. Surprise Pet fee when checking in - would have liked to know that when reserving and paying for the room.

incompetent front desk and questionable housekeeping

there were a couple of nice ladies at the front desk when I checked in

Cons:

the room was filthy, there was only 1 bath towel 1 wash cloth. I had to check out 1 day early (Booked and paid for 5 days), contacted the same 2 ladies on the morning of the 28th to tell them I was going to have to check out a day earlier due to the weather that was moving in (snow) they told me no problem and would leave a note and my cash with the front desk for the 1 day. when I came in at approx 430 am to check out the young man at the desk wasn't going to give me my cash refund, he suggested I leave my phone number??? finally after his broken english stammering which was hard to understand, he called his boss I presume, and did finally give me my refund. took way longer then it should have..
