Absolutely magical, best hotel stay we have ever had!

Hochwertig, aber nicht perfekt
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zental und doch sehr ruhig. Mehrere U-Bahn Linien in der Nähe. Auch einige Cafes, Restaurants und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fussläufig erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr gross, modern und luxeriös. Die Glasscheibe im Bad, lässt sich auf Milchglas stellen! Der Zimmerservice ist exzellent. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär! Das ganze Hotel ist wirklich wahnsinnig schön und hochwertig. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Essen war überall gut. Das Frühstück bot Abwechslung und japanische sowie europäische Speisen. Kaffee, Tee und Eierspeisen wurden serviert.

Cons:

Obwohl wir um 15:00 Uhr einchecken wollten, mussten wir bis um 16:30 Uhr warten, da die Zimmer noch nicht fertig waren. Die Zimmerpreise sind wirklich sehr hoch. Dass in dieser Kategorie dann nicht mal die Softdrinks oder Snacks der Mini Bar inklusive sind, ist bedauerlich. Vom Pool konnten wir leider keinen Gebrauch machen, da wir Tattoos haben und auch unsere Tochter noch nicht ganz 18 Jahre ist. Schade, dass das Hotel da sehr strenge Regeln hat. Was aber wirklich sehr sehr nervig war, war das lange Anstehen bis man einen Tisch beim Frühstück bekommt. Selten erlebt, dass man am Morgen bis zu 10-15 Min. in der Schlange stehen muss. Das System sollte überdacht werden. Nicht alle Eierspeisen beim Frühstück waren inklusive. Bei den Zimmer- & Frühstückspreisen ebenfalls unverständlich.

Perfection
Pros:

Tout. Le cadre est luxueux, les chambres sont incroyables, les services nombreux et prestigieux. Un sans faute rarement atteint.

Rien. Juste en précision, mais l’information est bien présente en recherchant les tatouages ne sont pas autorisés dans la piscine si visible.

Four seasons, eat your heart out …
Pros:

We’re are doing a few days pre cruise in Tokyo, tentatively booked the Prince Gallery…. Our impressions… Score, Score Score… think Four seasons and go up market..
The room… way up market, very next generation yet simple … and the views… outstanding..
Staff… we sail with Silversea a lot (in fact board the Silver Moon tomorrow… the guys at Prince Gallery are every bit their equal and that’s saying something

A first class comfortable stay when visiting Tokyo
Pros:

Every aspect of the hotel was superb especially the kind and attentive staff. We loved the breakfast buffet, the amazing lounge and views, and the room service choices late at night. Plus, room amenities, the beautiful garden and nearby restaurant choices, and quiet neighborhood made it a relaxing getaway. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend.

Nice location but way overpriced
Pros:

The hotel was in a good location.The rooms were spacious.

Cons:

The hotel was at some points run down. Furniture mostly. The staff does not speak very well english, which made every request to a struggle. Way overpriced for what it is. We were staying on the 31 Floor, the Spa and swimming pool was on the 30 Floor. You could smell the chlorine strongly in the corridors.

Prince Gallery beat expectations!
Pros:

Perfection! Everything about the Prince Gallery was amazing. Rooms were great, bar staff was amazing and breakfast buffet was top notch. Only slight downside was the location for what I was doing and seeing in Japan. However, that’s my choice but it was made up for in how comfortable the room and staff made me feel. I will definitely be back again.
