Unforgettable stay
Pros:

We stayed our 30 year anniversary. The hotel surprise us with suites upgrade and restaurant arrangements and gifts!!!
OMG Their hospitality was incredible!
We never forget that magical stay and specially I want to thank Ms Kayoko for dreaming come true!!!

The best experience we’ve ever had at a hotel.
Pros:

I have stayed at many 5 star hotels but The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho was by far the best. The room was a 10/10 but the staff was a 20/10. When I booked the room I mentioned in the notes that my wife and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary. They had a welcome package in the room congratulating us on our anniversary. And on checkout they said they would make sure we have the same view on our next visit. Regarding the view - AMAZING! The bar was top notch and breakfast restaurant was just as nice. The Prince Gallery exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be staying there on our next visit.

Absolutely the best hotel ever.
Pros:

The service provided from time of booking, arrival preparation and departure was like nothing I have ever experienced before. Having had the fortune to travel over the years, I can say with certainty The Prince Gallery Tokyo is unbeatably the best hotel with the most phenomenal staff, I have ever had the pleasure of staying in.
