Good size room with great view of the river. Modern en-suite with sufficient space and a good size shower.
The Courtyard was fine but for me the huge problem was being next to a bar with a late license - 1am on weekends. The constant thump thump thump of music kept me awake and then lots of loud voices and shouting at closing time. Then they jumped in their cars which had been parked along Severnside on the double yellow lines and went roaring off down the 20mph street with loud exhausts. Such a shame because it meant it wasn't a relaxing weekend at all.

Location was excellent. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Room was very cold. Heating put on after I popped downstairs to ask, but it took over an hour to get any noticeable difference in the room. Being winter I would have expected the room to be kept warm. Also, one bed side lamp didn't work.
Great location for nightlife, next to the river and above restaurants/ bar.
Staff were very helpful.

Only 1 pillow per person which wasn’t ideal.
Bathroom was a bit smelly when we arrived so had to open the window (December) which improved it.
Couldn’t alter the heating.
Some things could do with some TLC but overall good stay for one night.

We stayed on a Saturday night, ideal location, great price, nice enough room, breakfast was lovely (extra cost, not included)
Bit small, but that was ok with us, no iron (not ideal as needed to iron clothes to go out in) We asked the staff and was told they dont have one at all. who has a b and b and doesn't supply an iron?? Heating was an issue, when we checked in at 4pm it was cold in the room, we asked how to turn heating on and was told its on a timer and will come on later. so we had no control over when the heating was on or off. So was cold till we went out, was cold when we returned from our night out and only got warm early in the morning. not ideal. Also only 1 pillow per person , personally I need 2 pillows as they where not that plump, please supply 1 pillows per person

You advertise a river view with a double room and this is what we booked but didn’t get the room when we arrived

The bed was comfy the room was clean and a beautiful view.
We had no hot water from 5pm and still had no hot water when we were leaving the next morning. My sister and her husband had room 2 we were in room 1 none of us had hot water from 5. Not good enough when there's no one to contact either.
Great location in the centre of town with lovely river views. It's a clean place to sleep.
It's a bit tatty in places. Needs some TLC. No mirror in the bathroom randomly.
