Very enjoyable and would definitely return
Pros:

Location was perfect, to wake up to see the river Severn was lovely. Easy check in, room clean and comfortable.
Bar close by was a little noisy but didn’t spoil our stay.

Pros:

The room was fine the staff are friendly. I would stay in the rooms again.

Cons:

The food unfortunately. Steak was very peppery. Having asking for well done was slightly bloody inside. Chips are not good either hold the fat not crispy they are soggy.

Pros:

Yes it's central, pretty view and a nice walking path along the river, and i booked for convenience - however had a poor experience.

The music from the bar next door lasted until 2am and locals were out shouting until 4 am. ( what an experience....)

Sadly had to kill spiders and had issue with the bathroom. Not a pleasant experience. The owners should report the bar to council, as they are not allowed to keep music past 1am.....

Ideal accommodation for Bewdley visit
Pros:

Superb location for centre of town & St George's Hall. Nice friendly & helpful staff. Nice room

Cons:

Constant humming from bathroom (Room 4). A chair in the room would have been nice

Cons:

The stair case was dirty along with the floor in our room the headboard was not fixed and knocked everytime turned over in bed couldn’t open windows in room only bathroom window! very hot 1 small fan but that was very noisy and very temperamental ! Very noisy in the mornings with deliverys and bin men which i understand has to be done but dont expect to sleep in after 6:45 am

Pros:

The staff were lovely, very welcoming and chatty. The room was just right for us as we were only staying the one night, the view from the window was lovely and it was peaceful. You are able to take your drink to the seating area that over looks the river

Cons:

This is just personal preference, the mattress was a solid mattress but this doesn’t affect our stay. I still slept lovely and it was still a nice place to stay for the night

Pros:

The room was clean with a reasonable shower and had the usual basic facilities.

Cons:

The room was on the 2nd floor on the front of the building with a bar immediately next door. The window was single-glazed, noise from music and many revellers enjoying themselves who were drinking and laughing outside could be plainly heard all throughout the daytime and on past 2am the following morning. The window had no blackout blind and light poured in through thin curtains at 5am. Overall, making for a pretty poor nights sleep. Access to the room is via 2 pretty narrow flights of stairs, difficult carrying your bags in and out. Nowhere to park to transport your bags with the nearest carpark a 10 min walk.

Stairs very steep and last step to room very high health and safety issue there fell down it should put another step in very concerning doors to room extremely heavy

Lovely staff but noisy location in summer
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Plenty of tea/ coffee etc..Nice views from room.

Cons:

Noisy location with late night bar next door.
Slightly cramped accommodation and smelly bathroom.

As it was only 1 night stay it was adequate but would not like to have stayed longer
Pros:

Location was great. Staff were lovely and bed was comfortable

Cons:

The shower didn’t work properly. Unable to adjust thermostat so water was too hot. The bathroom smelt of dirty drains and the room was not very clean. Under the bed was full of dust and debris

Stunning views, beautiful location, great place to stay.
Pros:

This place is beautiful. I stayed in room 3 and had the most stunning view of the river.
I have family here so stayed in many places in Bewdley but this place is by far my favourite. Highly recommended.

Cons:

There is nothing not to like!

Location excellent
Pros:

The location was superb.

Overall, despite a few moans the stay was enjoyable.

Cons:

Cannot rate the food as the kitchen shuts at 4pm during the early half of the week.

Whilst the room overlooked the river it was a bit on the cramped side.

The were no welcome packs to offer help & assistance. In fact we had to ask for milk for our second morning as these were not replenished.
