Pleasant stay 15 min from the beach
Pros:

Convenient location outside of the busier city center - old city but with convenient access by foot or bus. Close to ondarreta which is a nicer beach in my opinion. Large pool. Good breakfast options

Cons:

Some signs of wear and tear in the hotel rooms. Lack of attention to detail by staff and housekeeping (eg electronic safe battery was dead in one of our rooms, soap ran out and was not replaced for three days).

Cons:

Juste le minibar frigo de la chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas à l'arrivée. Intervention rapide du personnel de maintenance.
Il faudrait des fontaines à eau pour les gourdes.

Tolles Hotel, aber Preis/Leistung unangemessen
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, angemessene Poolanlage, tolles Frühstück, ausgesprochen hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Der Preis: es ist ein „normales“ Vier-Sterne-Hotel, nichts Außergewöhnliches. Dafür ist der Preis pro Nacht für ein DZ viel zu hoch!

No facilities included at this huge price
Pros:

The room was ok

Cons:

The fact that at this price( a huge one) we did not have acces to the spa or gym..this is outrageous to pay 20 more euros for the spa or gym...come on..it is not about the money, if i have 450 euro per night i have also 20 Eurosport for the facilities..but come on..it does not leave ypu a good taste to do that...shame on you

Zona tranquila, nuevo, limpio, personal muy atento, buen desayuno.

Cons:

Quizás algo pequeña la habitación, para varios días puede quedar escasa. También es cierto que tiene una terraza estupenda.

Lage zum Strand und zur Stadt ist OK.

Cons:

Preis/Leistung steht in keinem Verhältnis. Völlig überteuert. Parkplatz kostet extra. Gym kostet extra. Pool hat keine guten Öffnungszeiten. Personal ist unfreundlich. Im Badezimmer sind Risse an den Fliesen. Feuchtigkeit an der Decke. An der Liegefläche vom Pool sind an einer Treppe Fliesen rausgebrochen. Konzept für die Poolhandtücher wird einem beim Check-in nicht erläutert. Und so weiter…

Great stay in San Sebastián
Pros:

We had an excellent week long stay at this hotel in room 205
Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Room clean and modern. Pool area was excellent, well maintained, and again with friendly staff.
Probably takes c.30 minutes to walk to the old town from the hotel. The area at the foot of the hill just down from the hotel has a number of good restaurants if you want to stay local.
Food and drink at the hotel was very reasonably priced.
