Pros:

Gute Lage in der Nähe zum Meer. Ca 30 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Allerdings gibt es auch eine Busverbindung gegenüber dem Hotel. Zimmer geräumig. Sehr gute Dusche. Frühstück war hervorragend. Gute Tiefgarage auch für große Autos geeignet. Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Rezeptionistin!

Cons:

Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon nutzlos, weil auf die Vorderseite hin mit Parkplatz, flutlichtartiger Beleuchtung des Hotels und recht viel Verkehr vor der Haustür.

Very comfortable beds but so big it takes up nearly the whole room.
Pros:

The property was very clean

Cons:

I would think a little dated. There was only one USB point in room. The mini bar fridge was not working so nowhere to keep drinks cold. Only instant coffee sachets in room.
Nearly 3km walk down to centre of town. Had to pay €20 extra to use leisure facilities

I would stop again but for the cost I would expect a better breakfast standard
Pros:

I have stopped at the hotel 8 years ago and the property has had a makeover on the outside which looks really good. The bed was excellent, the room was good but a little tired in places, drinks were good value and offered nuts and crisps with your order, staff were good

Cons:

The breakfast was a down side to my stay, eggs were cold, bacon was like rubber and the sausages looked anaemic, service at the kitchen cooking eggs was very slow, the fruit on my first morning looked not as fresh as it should have looked , but improved on the second morning with strawberries added, the price for the breakfast was not good value for me.

Bastante mala, decepcionante por el precio.
Cons:

Por el precio esperaba bastante más. Para comenzar el trato en recepción no fue el mejor. Al preguntar por el parking nos dijeron que o pagábamos 22€ por noche o que dejáramos el coche en la calle, si es que encontrábamos sitio. Sorprendente cuando ves que el parking está prácticamente vacío y que los mismos usuarios del Metropolitan lo usan sin sobrecoste.
Sobre la habitación, íbamos en familia con los peques y esperábamos tener una única habitación para los 4 (es lo que suponíamos que habíamos reservado) sin embargo eran 2 habitaciones separadas y que estaban comunicadas por una especie de descansillo. Muy incómodo y tampoco nos quisieron dar otras opciones. Además una de las habitaciones tenía la ventana del balcón descuadrada por donde entraba frío y mucho ruido de la calle, lo que sumado a que el lunes hubo una manifestación de los trabajadores en la misma puerta del hotel hizo que fuera imposible descansar desde las 7 de la mañana. Su respuesta fue "cuánto lo siento" pero de nuevo, sin soluciones.

El servicio de cafetería básico pero muy caro y la localización del hotel está relativamente cerca de la playa y servicios, siempre y cuando vayas en coche o en taxi.

We loved San Sebastián. Great restaurants, beautiful beach, and great walks/scenic lookouts.
Pros:

This hotel was comfortable and good value. We walked to all the main attractions but it was a bit removed from the centre/old town. Still comfortable for us. We had the full breakfast on the last day and it was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Parking was available but I thought a bit expensive at 22 euros per day.
