Nicht noch einmal
Pros:

Die gute Lage, die Nähe zum Strand und zur Altstadt. Ein sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

Das nicht immer freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, wir haben große Unterschiede erlebt. Schade. Im Restaurant kein gutes Verhältnis von Angebot und Preis. Aus unserer Sicht zu teuer.

Cons:

Pool was very cold - it was mid August!
Nowhere to hang anything in bedrooms, not even enough space to hang wet towels from showering

Front desk staff were rude

Parking said to be included, but we were charged.

Wij onthouden dit als een prima hotel, voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

uitstekend ontbijt, kompleet buffet, lekkere koffie.
Prima ruime bedden.

Cons:

Badkamer met ligbad, liever inloopdouche. Wandeling terug van centrum wel met flinke klim! Dus gebruik gemaakt van bus met halte voor de deur.

Nuestra estancia en el Barceló Costa Vasca ha sido realmente muy satisfactoria. El hotel está muy bien situado para disfrutar de San Sebastián, y desde el primer momento destaca por sus instalaciones, limpieza y cuidado general.

Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad y profesionalidad de todo el personal. Nos hemos sentido muy bien atendidos durante toda nuestra estancia, con un trato cercano y agradable.

Además, al llegar tuvimos una sorpresa que hizo nuestra experiencia todavía más especial: el hotel nos había seleccionado como clientes VIP. Tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos una serie de atenciones especiales, entre ellas desayunos incluidos, una botella de cava en la habitación y otros detalles de bienvenida. Es un gesto que demuestra una verdadera preocupación por cuidar al cliente y que, sinceramente, se agradece mucho.

En definitiva, una experiencia muy positiva, tanto por la calidad del hotel como por el trato recibido. Un establecimiento que recomendaría sin dudarlo y al que volvería encantado en una próxima visita a San Sebastián.

VERRY nice and recommendable
Pros:

The Hotel is up the hills a bit is further away from the beach than you would expect, due to the hills. Still no more than a 10 minutes walk to the beach and a VERY nice walk along the beach to the busy cafes and restaurants. Easy cheap and quick to get a taxi back from the city centre. The hotel Breakfast was an amazing experience in itself - Strongly recommended!!

Cons:

Do not expect a beach side hotel. be prepared to walk or taxi.
