Good hotel in all a few misses in facilities stopped it being a great hotel
Pros:

Hotel ticked all boxes in regards to location, cleanliness, size of room, views and friendliness of staff.

Cons:

We were there the last week of May and it was over 30 degrees every day and the outdoor pool which is heavily promoted on their site and Booking.com site wasn’t open due to it being outside of season. The sports centre/spa who also owned the outdoor pool charged €20 per person a day to use the indoor pool.

Du bon et du moins bon
Pros:

Joli hôtel moderne,propre, grande chambre, personnel sympathique,citronnade fraiche à disposition à la réception( très agréable avec la chaleur qu'il faisait) Emplacement idéal entre les 2 plages de san sébastien. Nous avons tout fait à pied, même le centre ville, pour quelqu'un qui marche un peu, c'est pratique, vu la difficulté à trouver ou' garer sa voiture sans payer!

Cons:

Lors de la réservation, j'ai demandé un grand lit, nous avons eu deux petits lits......j'ai demandé une chambre au calme, car j'ai le sommeil très léger, hélas, et nous étions pile en face des 4 ascenseurs......et nous donnions côté terrasse, avec des gens qui ont parlé jusqu'à 1 h 00 du matin, plus le bruit dans les couloirs( pas d'insonorisation)
Et encore un hôtel, avec des chambres ne disposants pas de machine à café, mais d'une bouilloire( on est quand même dans un hôtel ou' nous sommes en attente de certaines prestations de ce genre, vu le prix de la chambre! )

Not recommending
Pros:

Great breakfast selection, we loved, it was outstanding. The only thing we really enjoyed while staying in this hotel .

Cons:

It was boiling 35-39 Celsius during our stay but outside POOL was CLOSED !! It was the only reason we booked the hotel , the indoor pool was leased to a different company and they charge you 20€ p/p on top of hotel bill. It is a 4star hotel and the only outside seating are was covered in plastic turf. Not comfortable furniture. So my understanding of this hotel is the management try to giving you the bare minimum. Towels, etc

Pros:

Good bar area and excellent restaurant. Breakfast was really good with a vast variety of food and beverages. Always very clean and staff all very pleasant.

Cons:

Asked in advance for quiet room with a view but ended up on first floor over restaurant area looking over front of hotel where coaches picked up and dropped off guests. Also cleaners cupboard right outside room which got quite noisey first thing in the morning.
If I were to stay there again I would want to be on a higher floor

Comfortable bed but unfortunately the staff and facilities lets this place down. I won’t be returning

I book this property because it had a pool but was not informed that the pool does not open until the 1st of June. Very disappointed

Buena situación e instalaciones
Pros:

La habitación era muy comoda y amplia

Cons:

Que cobrarán por el gimnasio. Un hotel de 4 estrellas de ese nivel, suele tener gimnasio, sin coste adicional. El personal del bar era muy amable, salvo una de ellas que estaba el lunes de mañana.
