Já me hospedei no mercure em 2019, está cada vez melhor, cheiro de limpo, funcionários educados e simpáticos, recordo bastabte do JOCI que nos auxiliou na chegada, permitiram que a cabelereira e a maquiadora subissem no quarto para nos arrumar sem cobrar taxa extra e de quebra nos deram o estacionamento gratuito de presente de casamento. Muito obrigada!!!

Check-in online previo: fiz e nao funciona. Chegando no hotel é preciso fazer novamente.
Check-out: uma pessoa no atendimento no horário de maior movimento e cerca 20-30min para ser atendido.
Instalaçoes: banheiro com cortina de plástico, um aspecto péssimo de sujeira. Ao tomar banho, o banheiro alaga.
Reclamei e fui trocada de quarto para um com um banheiro decente.
É o pior hotel que ja fiquei! Nao recomendo.

Hotel desorganizado com profissionais despreparados

Demoraram mais de 30 minutos para fazer o check in, pois não estavam localizando minha reserva. Quando “acharam” me deram o cartão de um quarto que ja estava ocupado. Quando retornei para reclamar reconheceram o erro, disseram que agora tinham achado, mas a verdade é que nao tinham, pois o recepcionista nao sabia nem quanto deveria me cobrar
