Praticamente nada, só o café da manhã salvava médio…

Limpeza péssima, quarto fedendo mofo. Serviço péssimo, nada deu certo.
Quarto com cheiro de bolor/mofo, tivemos de ligar ar e abrir janelas noite toda e todos dias seguintes para melhorar.
Exaustor do banheiro quebrado e não tem janelas. Frigobar porta não fecha…manutenção ruim…
Serviço muito ruim, segundo dia não recolocaram parte das toalhas, quando solicitamos não levaram, numa segunda tentativa após 30 min enfim apareceram toalhas. Terceiro dia novamente problema na reposição de toalhas.
Pedimos talheres para jantar no quarto, e também não vieram, descemos para buscar e na recepção todos batendo papo disseram que restaurante atrasou os talheres mas estavam ali no balcão mas não tiveram coragem de levar ao quarto.
No terceiro dia saímos dia todo e voltamos 17:40, quarto ainda não estava limpo, a moça estava limpando, ficamos esperando 10 min na porta.
Para piorar tudo na terceira noite, as 23:30 (todos nós dormindo, inclusive meus filhos), toda o telefone, a recepção perguntando se eu tinha pedido iFood pois alguém pediu e não colocou o quarto…. Todos acordaram assustados sem entender nada.
