Hotel velho, instalações antigas, toalhas velhas, lençóis velhos, atendentes muito ruins (a maioria não fala português, só fala espanhol, o q deixa a comunicação bem difícil, apesar de ter muitos turistas argentinos o hotel é em uma cidade brasileira, então achei estanhíssimo não ter atendente q fale português). A água do chuveiro ou esquenta muito ou esfria muito, não tem meio termo, vc passa o banho todo ajustando a água. Já estive nesse hotel há alguns anos e tive boa experiência, dessa vez foi péssima. Não volto.

Gostei da piscina, quando chegamos achamos fria e pedimos se poderiam aquecer, nosso pedido foi atendido. O Hotel e um pouco antigo, mas o valor é justo e localização e muito boa.

Pros:

You need a taxi / uber when staying at this hotel as downtown is 10-15 minute drive.
Rooms contain shampoo and soap bars, bring your own shower gel etc.
Hotel is a bit outdated compared to some of the photos. But overall a good hotel.
Breakfast had a basic selection of foods.

Hotel não estava limpo, atendimento muito ruim, as pessoas estavam despreparadas, além disso, havia somente um atendendo por vez na recepção. Filas para tudo, elevador estragado, comunicação muito falha.
