Especificamente a moça que ajudou no check-in da saída de sábado à tarde (14/03) e que infelizmente não lembro o nome. Foi muito solícita em ajudar a resolver uma pendência causada pela reserva do Booking.

Cons:

Check-in às 15 horas beira a sacanagem... apesar não de haver irregularidades segundo normas da Embratur (que o hotel faz questão de divulgar em várias placas do balcão).
Chuveiro não mantinha a constância na temperatura (pode parecer um detalhe, mas no preço cobrado era uma obrigação).
Gesso do banheiro com defeitos que necessitavam manutenção (pode parecer preciosismo, mas no preço cobrado deveria ser um obrigação).

Cons:

Limpeza do quarto. Saídas do ar-condicionado com mofo. Exaustor do banheiro com acúmulo de pó. Parede do banheiro com marcas de lápis de obra como se a parede não tivesse uma limpeza mais intensa.
