Há, e talhares que pedimos no quarto e não chegou, pois no caso como eu e meu filho iríamos correr na Maratona de Floripa, levamos a nossa alimentação especial para a noite, e pedimos talheres que no caso não apareceu...
Mas, descemos e compramos talheres descartáveis no mercadinho próximo.
A sugestão, deixem talheres no quarto.

Hotel ótimo, serviço de quarto do restaurante horroroso.
Pros:

Hotel bem localizado e confortável, a diária é um pouco alta, mas nesses pontos compensa o investimento.

Cons:

Apesar de ser terceirizado, o hotel tem responsabilidade com o serviço de quarto - e ele é péssimo. Após duas horas de espera, tive que descer à recepção para implorar pelo nosso jantar (dois hamburgers). Tornou a experiência péssima, ainda mais porque chegávamos do nosso casamento e só queríamos comer e descansar.

Pros:

O atendimento da recepção e o café da manhã são ótimos, funcionários super educados e prestativos. O quarto é amplo, porém sem conforto.

Cons:

Inconcebível pagar uma diária de 600 reais para ficar em um quarto que sequer tem box no banheiro. Isso mesmo, o chuveiro é fechado com uma cortina plástica, a água do chuveiro escorre pelo banheiro inteiro e o mesmo fica literalmente alagado. Não condiz com o valor que cobram, como se fosse um hotel de luxo. Lamentável.

Muito caro para pouca qualidade

Bem localizado.

Cons:

Pior custo benefício de Florianópolis até então para mim. No hotel demorou muito até conseguirmos fazer check in por falta de atendimento. Chegamos no quarto do hotel não havia nem toalha para tomar banho. Tinha uma xícara com um sachê de chá, mas não tinha a chaleira para esquentar água. Fui orientada por telefone a tomar a água quente da torneira. Na hora do check out foi a mesma demora para o atendimento, mesmo sem fila. Ninguém falava nada, orientava nem sequer dava alguma explicação. Os elevadores demoram muito, e sempre estavam cheios pq são apenas duas unidades pro hotel inteiro.

Stay was ok - convenient to move between conference and hotel. Hotel room, nah...not value for money

Location was good, breakfast was good too.

Cons:

There was on kettle in my hotel to boil water. I asked reception they said they will attend to it.
Second night I asked again if they going to bring a kettle the reception told me I must rather bring my cup. Not sure what the purpose of the tea/coffee in the room when there was no kettle. Also rooms are outdated and not modern like on the pictures
