Great location but needs work
Pros:

Wonderful location in Annecy but in serious need of an upgrade. The pool and some parts of the hotel looked slightly better but really not meeting the mark of modern classic feel hotels. Balcony was a. Ice touch but was unfurnished which was odd and the in room tea/coffee options werent great either. If it wasnt for the location and parking we would not come back.

Really enjoyed our stay here, beautiful hotel. We were given an upgrade and had a bottle of champagne in our room to celebrate our special occasion. Staff were all so nice. Perfect spot on Lake Annecy. Will definitely be back

Amazing view with lake view room! Quiet. Wonderfully relaxing spa. Nice restaurant with outdoor seating. Comfortable bed in really well situated room. The staff were polite and efficient.

great hotel my only issue was they had a glass piece which hurt my wife feet but they apologized and applied medication for her and gave us free breakfast in the morning but still glass piece is careless

Wonderful place to stay
Pros:

We stayed 4 nights here as a family of 4- it was exceptional. Service and attention to detail was excellent, we loved it. Location is great, room was massive. Loved every minute of our time here :)

Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake.

Five Star hotel and service. We stayed for our anniversary and the hotel was incredibly generous with their welcome gift. The view from the room was simply gorgeous. I can't wait to come back to this hotel and would highly recommend it for the most romantic getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay, The hotel was wonderful, area perfect, facilities and local amenities very good.
My only complaint would be that i paid a lot to stay here for a week, paid for a balcony and got a Juliet windows, which wasn't even big enough for us both to sit at and view the lake. We should have complained, but were out more than in.

The hotel is located in front of the lake, close to everything, very beautiful building. The room had a nice view, clean and spacious. I just didn’t like the food from the restaurant. Overpriced and not excellent.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property, even got to meet the general manager and the concierge staff were amazing, arranged all of our tours for us and showed us around and how to get to old town which was so memorable stopped by there for lunch breakfast and dinner every day Very memorable trip
