Good but not great
Pros:

Decent price and was as described. Bed was comfortable and room clean

Cons:

The room was farther away from the train station then expected (17 minute walk). We did a lot of walking just to get to Old Town and the interesting parts of town.
The hotel looks like it was lovely at one time but is now pretty dated looking. A bit run down

Cons:

All staff was friendly despite the breakfast lady, she was utterly rude when I didn’t found anyone the reception and asked her that I need to check out, she seemed annoyed and told me I need to go to reception what i obviously understood

Great location, mediocre hotel
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The breakfast was substandard. The lighting in the bathroom was very poor. Blown out bulbs didn't help.

Genf ist schön, aber dieses Hotel wurde ich nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiterepfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt, aber das Zimmer war zu dunkel. Es war im 1. Stock, hatte nur zwei Nachttischlampen und keine Deckenlampe,, so dass man kaum im Zimmer ein Buch lesen konnte. Wir benützten vorwiegend die Treppe, aber auch hier gab es zu wenig Licht.
Ich bat um 2 Einzelbetten, bekam aber nie eine Antwort vom Hotel und natürlich auch nicht zwei Betten. Dieses 4-Sternen-Hotel mit einem ziemlich stolzen Preis war für mich enttäuschend,
In den Mails, welche mir fürs Check-In gesendet wurden, funktionierten die Links nicht. Nach Angaben des Hotelpersonals, war dies der Fall nur bei Bookingcom.

Pros:

We were there for a concert in Victoria Hall and this hotel was very close by.

Cons:

Our fridge didn't work, and several of our friends had been given rooms where the fridge and/or air conditioning weren't working either. The elevator was extremely small. We were staying on the first floor, so we took the stairs, but if we had been on the upper floors, we might have chosen to use the elevator—even though there was barely enough room for two people inside.

location was pretty decent. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Our room was smell of urine so we called the reception and they moved us to another room very quickly. Unfortunately new room was smaller and not convenient to do some work. Having windows open was a problem because of the noise coming from the outside fans. So we had to keep the windows closed but AC was not good enough to keep the temperature at the desired level. Hotel is rated as 4 stars but we have a lot of doubt that it raises to this level.

Tiffany hotel
Pros:

The reception area , lounge and dining room for breakfast we're well fitted out and really clean my room was very clean.

Cons:

I had a single room and was quite dark and compact . The Hotel had no Restaurant or Bar .

Pros:

Lovely hotel close to Lake Geneva, Jet d'Eau and Geneva old town. Cosy rooms with comfy beds.

Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Public transport ticket for local buses, trams, and small boats across the lake was also a bonus.

I had a fall in the lobby area and badly bruised my finger hotel staff could not even provide ice?
Fridges in lobby stocked with overpriced drinks and snacks were warm
Mini bar advertised for room but guess what No mini bar
A very old building that's now surviving on its past glories at most which would be a stretch id give it 2 stars (that's only because they offer breakfast) and most definitely not worth the cost 388 chf for 2 nights plus 22 chf for breakfast and 4.5 chf tax per night
