Great location but could do with some tlc
Pros:

The location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. One booked us a reservation in a great restaurant. We liked the Tiffany lamps and art nouveau style of the hotel.

Cons:

We booked a twin room, but when we arrived all twin rooms were taken. They said we should have contacted them before arrival. The message we received before arrival to register didn’t have any links embedded so we couldn’t, and at the end of the message it said “do not reply to message”. Luckily staff were lovely and managed to fine us a twin room for the following day. The property is very tired. We had to use the tiniest lift, like a service lift to get to our floor. In the rooms the bathroom is very tired with a climb in bath/shower. Although the room was clean, the hotel could do with a makeover. I wouldn’t rate this as 4 star. What was annoying was that the restaurant wasn’t open in the evenings as advertised on booking.com. It was also advertised on the tvs in the rooms. We found this very disappointing as we chose the hotel based on the fact it had its own restaurant.

Great location, but hotel could do with an update.
Pros:

Great location as you can walk around the city easily, close to the old town with good tram and bus connections. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok with the usual buffet style pastries, tinned fruit and some cooked options. Good coffee machine.

Cons:

It’s very tired. I wouldn’t rate this as 4 star. The restaurant wasn’t open as advertised on booking.com. Which was very disappointing. The decor could do with an update. Especially carpets as they are tired and worn on the stairs. Bannister in lift is coming away, needs to be screwed back in place. The linen was clean as well as facilities, but the rooms have been well used and as a result dust collects in corners etc.

no volveré mas a este hotel, había sido cliente asiduo con la anterior gestora, pero ahora.....
Pros:

nada que ver con lo que fue con los anteriores propietarios

Cons:

Sin nevera en la babitacion, no habia telefono en caso de urgencia, no me hicieron la habitacion ni limieza.

I didn't expect this!
Pros:

The elevator didn't reach the fifth floor where my room with a way too hard matress and a sloping roof was.
Breakfast was good, even though the joghurt served was too warm and caused me diarrhea.
Location of the hotel is fantastic.
