Pros:

Excellent base for exploring Geneva and beyond. You get a Geneva travel pass for your stay which is really useful. Staff very friendly & helpful. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

I enjoyed the old town closeness but I was expecting more from this four stars

It is well located, close to old town and Geneva University

Cons:

Staff in reception can improve. Pillows are too high so produce neck pain. Elevator is very small. My room’s door had no privacy. You can hear all noises from upper floors. The interiors looks old and worn out.

Great location and value for money
Pros:

Room was very big, everything clean and location is great. Friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

The temperature in the room was very hot and we did not get the ac working to a good temperature. The wellness and spa area was very small.

Good value for the money
Pros:

On arrival, we were informed that the quiet room would be located on the 5th floor without elevator access. The staff kindly offered us an alternative room on the 4th floor instead, which we really appreciated as it saved us from carrying our luggage up an extra flight of stairs. The staff throughout our stay were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Cons:

One point to note is that the hotel's spa facilities are a sauna and a steam room located next to the gym. While there is a massage table available (and it may be possible to book treatments in advance), it did not fully match our expectations of a traditional spa with amenities such as a pool. We would recommend checking the details in advance if you are looking for a more comprehensive spa experience. That said, for us it was a nice bonus rather than a primary expectation.

Cons:

Had to upgrade/pay more for “superior” room (regular rooms were small, musty, old…felt like old/cheap motel)

TV was not hooked up to internet(could not screen mirror from my phone to watch from apps)

Enjoyed the free transportation offered to tourists
