Pros:

La ubicación, el desayuno muy completo y la cama y lencería bastante bien.

Cons:

El baño era muy pequeño y el acceso a la bañera era demasiado alto para personas mayores. Al hacer el check-in nos dijeron que no se podía fumar y que no se podía molestar al resto de huéspedes. Creo que la manera correcta de transmitirlo hubiese sido “la habitación es de no fumadores y nuestro establecimiento valora mucho el descanso de los huéspedes “ no se si fue una manera torpe de expresarse o si vieron que teníamos pinta de fumadores y escandalosos. Decir que somos mayores de 65 años, bastante tranquilos y me pareció de mal gusto la observación…

Loved the hotel in general
Pros:

Loved the location. Easy access to everything, great walking around and seeing the town of Geneva. Room was comfortable and interconnected so we could be together as a family of 6. Breakfast is great, breakfast room we found beautiful and general style of hotel is very cosy.

Cons:

Staff at the reception weren't very smiley, warm or welcoming. Did help when we asked, but we felt like we were disturbing sometimes.
Bathroom looks old. Would need a little renovation because they are great rooms/bathrooms.

Hôtel 3 étoiles pas plus et vieillot
Pros:

Pas vraiment grand chose, c'est tout juste correct car l'hôtel relève plutôt d'un 3 étoiles qu'un 4 étoiles.

Cons:

Au niveau de la literie de la chambre, très bien. En revanche, les meubles et l'agencement sont vieillots, rien dans la salle de bain pour poser ses trousses de toilettes et il a fallu que je prenne une petite table ronde dans une pièce adjacente pour poser nos affaires. Pas de peignoir non plus dans la SDB. Par ailleurs, aucun réfrigérateur dans la chambre et pour un 4 étoiles c'est inadmissible. Quant au petit-déjeuner, l'accueil est froid. Les propositions sont plus que moyennes et bas de gamme avec distributeur à confiture qui ne fonctionne pas. Le jus d'orange proposé est tout simplement genre Evian fruité, très sucré et écœurant. La personne à la conciergerie lors de notre arrivée était froide et peu accueillante.
