Pros:

I didn’t like nothing about the property.. What you see online is not what you get when you get there.

Cons:

I've encountered several issues, including a lack of towels despite my requests, finding a roach in the blow dryer, and having an uncomfortable bed that caused me to itch all night. Additionally, the room has a bad smell and the pool is closed.

Will not be back.
Pros:

Clean enough to stay for one night. Location was close to where we were going. Looked like nice hotel from outside. Shower was nice and hot and pressure good.

Cons:

Breakfast was a joke. 2 cereals to choose from and very little of anything else. Juice machine was not giving cold juice and juice had a funny taste. Maybe due to it being not cold. Hotel had a dirty old smell. Carpet more than likely the culprit as it was dirty as could be (or old). Swimming pool out of order. All kinds of fees $250 deposit and $5 fee key card was not returned at end of stay. This hotel needs a serious upgrade. Will not be back to this location and will not suggest friends to use this hotel either. No receipt given or offered. Booked through a website service and no invoice from them either.

Pros:

We did not stay. We traveled 12 hours with 2 kids who were excited to swim. Just to get to the hotel and hear their pool was down. Something abt permits in Iowa..wish on line or booking.com would update so we would have known

they did not have the pool or workout room operating like advertised and the place was not clean. Breakfast was awful only had rice cripes, bread and pancake maker that did not work. Even the juice was warm.

We didn't stay because it was unsafe, smelled of drugs and no pool.
Pros:

I want my refund. Said there was a pool, there wasn't a pool, hotel smelled liked drugs were being smoked everywhere, this is not a safe place for kids.
