Un cadre idyllique et calme avec un personnel vraiment sympathique.
Pros:

La vue et la gentillesse des personnes.
La qualité de l’établissement spacieux.

Cons:

Le principe de chambre communicante qui sont très mal insonorisés.
On ne s’attend pas à vivre avec la chambre d’à côté communicante lorsque l’on réserve une suite de 100m2.
L’emplacement est parfait pour la vue mais il faut avoir une voiture si on ne veut pas manger tout le temps à l’hôtel.
La plage publique n’est pas très belle

Достойний красивий готель
Pros:

Красива територія, хороші сніданки, зручне ліжко, привітний персонал і дуже хороший ресторан на верхньому поверсі

Cons:

Якість їжі у барі біля басейну, номери трішки старуваті вже. Пляжні рушники видають лише з 10 ранку, тому більшість забирає їх з собою на ніч, щоб користуватися вранці до 10 години.

Pros:

Very good breakfast with a lot of options both healthy and non healthy but very tasty. Exceptional view and very good facilities - pool, gym. The resort is self contained having everything you might need onsite.

Cons:

The mattress was way too soft and combined with very soft pillows made for a less than ideal sleeping experience.
The trend with the bathroom separated by glass wall continues and even if the privacy is there, if you end up using the bathroom at night you will wake your partner because the light is coming through.

Schade, dass sich das Hotel und die Gästestruktur massiv von 5 Sternen nach Unten entwickelt hat.
Pros:

Die Zimmer-Reinigung war sehr gut, das Zimmer (nach Umzug - siehe Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen) wurde durch das Service-Personal sehr gut betreut. Der Room-Service war sehr gut. Das gesamte Service-Personal inkl. des Managements war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Das Buffet am Abend war abwechslungsreich und von der Qualität gut. Das Personal an der Pool-Bar war sehr freundlich und wir hatten gute Konversation und viel Spaß. Das Personal hat insgesamt die massiv verschlechterte Gäste-Struktur mit viel Geduld und Freundlichkeit ertragen. Besonders zu erwähnen ist hier die Unterstützung durch den Hotel Manager Mario, der uns die Sicherheit gegeben hat, die vorhandenen Probleme (siehe Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen) zu unserer Zufriedenheit zu erledigen - was auch passiert ist.

Cons:

Wir waren bereits früher mehrfach in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Nun mussten wir feststellen, dass zwischenzeitlich das Hotel über Billiganbieter wie Tui angeboten wird und sich dadurch zum Familienhotel mit Kita-Style am Pool (mit passendem Klientel) entwickelt hat. Gäste die zum Frühstück in Schlafkleidung erschienen und keine Regeln (auch die Pool - Regeln des Nachts) eingehalten wurden. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, konnte sich aber oft gegenüber dem Gästen nicht durchsetzen. Das Personal konnte einem leid tun, sich mit solchen Gästen beschäftigen zu müssen. Außerdem scheinen die Besitzer der Apartments (die vom Hotel vermietet werden) finanziell klamm zu sein, da die gesamte Anlage von der Pflege her in einem schlechten Zustand ist. Barfuß auf dem Rasen trat man auf Nuss-Schalen und Eis-Sticks, die Matten der Liegen waren sehr fleckig. Der Oberhammer war, dass wir eine Suite gebucht hatten und wir zunächst in einem Zimmer untergebracht wurden, dass nicht der Größe entsprach und dessen Einrichtung in einem sehr schlechten Zustand war (inkl. Balkon). Nach Intervention konnten wir dann in das Zimmer der Kategorie umziehen, die wir gebucht hatten (dies passierte auch anderen Gästen die wir trafen). Außerdem waren die Stühle und Sitzkissen im Frühstücksbereich massiv verschmutzt und der Boden wird anscheinend nur manchmal gereinigt; Bitte keine hellen Hosen oder Shorts anziehen! Wir haben uns für manche Hotelgäste geschämt! Die Qualität des Spa hat gegenüber früher massiv nachgelassen. Nur zweimal in der Woche war qualifiziertes Personal vor Ort. Die sonst anwesenden Mitarbeiter hatten nicht einmal einen Schlüssel für den Produktschrank um Produkte zu verkaufen.
