A not quite luxury 5 star hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic location with lovely surroundings.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
A great variety of food and well organised dining arrangements.

Cons:

Impossible to fully complete the on line check in process so we had to do that on arrival.
When I wanted to take a shower at night there was no hot water which made it uncomfortable.

Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere and nice location. Food was quality over quantity and breakfast excellent.

Cons:

No atmosphere in the evening at the pool bar

Great family stay
Pros:

Had a nice trip, despite the unseasonably bad weather. The junior suite was a great choice for a vacation as a family with the ability to cook and eat some meals in as it ws a very cold and rainy week. Only negative is that the spa has very limited hours (10-7pm) and space (4 people at a time) so I was not able to utilize it as much as I would have liked to since its only usually possible to use the spa after 7pm with a small child. Most hotels have spa hours until 9 or 10pm.

Pros:

Beautiful enviroment though far from most tourist attractions. Most attractions are in Puerto morgan, Las Palmas and Maspalomas.
Lovely beach view.
All the staff from reception,cleaners, resturant were all fantastic.
The rooms were big with jacuzzi... i really loved that.

Cons:

The desert at breakfast and dinner could be more varied.

Not as good as Radison in Mogán
Pros:

Nice clean warm pool, good clean modern accommodation with modern kitchen appliances. Efficient check in.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was poor, birds on the bread. No bar/lounge areas with any entertainment/activities. Staff not that friendly.

Staff all were helpful stopped what they were doing to help and guide you

House keeping great

Cons:

Bath towels were all shredded and thread bare

It was only thing that was negative

The pools are too curvy it needs one pool to be square for length swimming
