Staff all were helpful stopped what they were doing to help and guide you

House keeping great

Cons:

Bath towels were all shredded and thread bare

It was only thing that was negative

The pools are too curvy it needs one pool to be square for length swimming

Great holiday with young baby, very friendly staff, would go back and recommend for families. Perfect location and view.
Pros:

Very friendly staff, great when travelling with children - easy access, shop on site, buggy friendly, easy walking distance to local cafes and beach, warm kids pool. Great view of sea and bath / hot tub on balcony great to enjoy it in, had sun on balcony from about 1 till 6pm. Great place for first holiday with baby.

Cons:

Smell of drains in bathroom, but otherwise very clean.
Had a room that was able to connect with next door room, the light for balcony also controlled by neighbour (so they kept turning our light on and off) and could hear them through a connecting door and see their light (which wasn’t great when had small baby sleeping during daytime).
Evening buffet dull - had seen on previous reviews but was easy with baby so we did not go out for dinner.

Good seaside hotel experience
Pros:

Located directly by the sea. Great swimming pool area with lots of beds and parasols. The Breakfast (included) is very tasty. Staff all friendly and efficient. The reception staff were great. A good experience.

Cons:

Our room had a dishwasher and washing machine but not chemicals provided.
