Great location, spotless room, and exceptional hospitality from Vittorio.
Pros:

The room was very clean, and the location was excellent, safe, and very convenient for exploring Naples. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Vittorio at reception. He was always kind, welcoming, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. He gave us very useful recommendations and directions, which helped us organize our time and enjoy the city much more. His professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude made a real difference in our stay.
