Pros:

In central Chiaia which is an extremely good location. Cleanliness of the hotel is always excellent.

Cons:

Reception staff could be more welcoming. We have stayed many times before at this hotel and have found this before

Una Suite piccolissima non si poteva passare tra il letto e l'armadio
camera Sporca cibo a terra piena di formiche e il personale non ha chiesto neanche scusa per l'accaduto
bagno sporco con capelli e carta igienica usata e non sufficiente per 4 persone .

Merece la pena.
Pros:

Habitación para 4 personas con unas vistas espectaculares. Cuarto de baño muy amplio. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Limpieza del suelo, se notaba que no habían barrido desde hacía tiempo.
