Excellent location and very helpful staff!
Pros:

Exe Majestic is in a fantastic location—you can easily walk everywhere and reach the seaside in just 5 minutes. The hotel is in a very safe and nice area compared to the rest of Naples, and you can comfortably come and go at any hour.

The reception team and the entire staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly. While there isn't a kettle in the room by default, they gladly bring one up if you request it from the front desk.

Parking is a huge plus: there is a very secure 10-car garage right under the hotel. Alternatively, there are blue-line parking spots on the street, or the hotel can direct you to a nearby parking lot.
The street can get a bit noisy at night, so keep that in mind if you are a sensitive sleeper. Overall, a great place to stay in Naples!

Struttura situata nel quartiere Chiaia, posizione strategica a tutti i punti di interesse di Napoli e per eventuali escursioni nelle isole. Colazione ottima e varia, staff gentile e pronto a soddisfare le esigenze

Pros:

staff, parcheggio e colazione. il chiavistello della porta del bagno in camera bisognerebbe eliminarlo in quanto potresti rimanere chiuso fuori dal bagno ed avere disagio nell'uso dello stesso specialmente di notte.

Ottimo hotel nel cuore di Chiaia
Pros:

Posizione pazzesca nella zona di Chiaia, davvero comodissima. Struttura pulita e spaziosa, non mancava davvero nulla.

Cons:

A volte dal bagno usciva odore di zolfo, ma a Napoli capita e bastava chiudere la porta.

Good location but pricey for what it is.
Pros:

The location was fantastic. Close to all the city centre locations. It was pretty fine for a couple days.

Cons:

It was a bit overpriced for what they offer. The beds were pretty stiff and the pillow quite flat.

Bon séjour avec certains membres du personnel très accueillants et à l'écoute, d'autres moins...
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse lit très confortable, bon équipement dans la salle de bains . Très belle vue

Cons:

Le système très compliqué de l'éclairage dans la chambre difficile en effet de comprendre vraiment comment ça fonctionnait(!!)
