The location
This property is overpriced doe what it could offer. On our 1st day after checking in, when we went up there was coming the ceiling the floor had water everywhere. My husband took pictures and directly to the receptionist, she told him she would send somebody to put towels on the floor where the water was falling. I called her from the room number very upset and frustrated and she turned around to say she was going to sent someone to put towels in the floor and my husband offered to so it himself and I said yes because putting towels on the floor it’s something that could do, but is that going to fix the problem? 20 minutes someone came with a bucket and bunch of towel. This person reassured me that the issue was going to be next day and that he could stop the immediately by turning the air conditioner, imagine being with no A/C in the hottest in Italy. I sent the property a message in booking for the manager. No response or acknowledgment from them on the next day. I paid almost 1200 euro for 4 days plus
48 euro for city tax, and this how we were treated. In addition, the property is under construction there was a loud sound on the floor above everyday, it will start ay 4;00 am. I have four children and one is under 3 this was awful. And let’s not forget to mention how horrible are the couch bed, our body will ate from it and we had to be on constant motion at night to give each of our body a break from the stiffness, it felt like we were sleeping on bricks.Someone other guest alao complained about leaking and a/c malfunctioning.
An excellent stylish hotel in a perfect location of the city. Really enjoyed my 3 nights stay!

Reception stuff vary Rude not helpful, no ac in rooms, electricity keep turning off, door key didn't work once, they charge 25 euro for parking, parking very small. Ac has black mold...

Les chambres sont grandes et très propres. L'emplacement est parfait.
Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Pas de cafetière dans la chambres, les prises sont difficiles d'accès et l'hôtel gagnerait à être un peu modernisé.
L’emplacement très proche des sites touristiques et de la ville historique de Naples, le petit déjeuner, le personnel très professionnel, la propreté de la chambre
