Honestly would stay again but needs small improvements
Pros:

I liked the shower/bathroom it was super nice!!!
I also liked how everything was in convenient reach.
pool and hot tub were nice

Cons:

The fitted sheet smelled like sex and cigarettes which was weird cause the other sheets didn't. The mini fridge wasn't working correctly. Pool was freezing cold but nice and hot tub was nice but the Jacuzzi bubbles didn't work on it sadly.

The TP holder in room 318 came off the wall. Also, noticed that the hair dryer is close to coming off too.

Pros:

Not clean! Hair in the bed sheets. Bathtub was not cleaned. Pillows were so small it was ridiculous. Only thing positive was the sweet lady at check out. Couldn’t remember her name. Very sweet and polite!

Location is only off the highway

Cons:

Wet lobby and elevator due to pool location. Elevator is old - we need to wait for 2 mins before it opens im the lobby - caused anxiety since it felt we are stuck inside. Breakfast protein is only egg and we needed to waig 15 mins for the next batch coz then serving plate was empty at 9am.

It worked out once I was moved to room that had all economy comedies. It ended up working out great not to mention I had

The manager was a little rude at first, but after talking to her, I realize she was super busy and very frustrated with what was going on with many of other things and we worked things out and she did nothing but help me the next two nights I can’t thank her enough. Everybody needs a second chance and I’m so glad I gave her a second chance I would recommend this place. She has worked there for years and she is very impressive at her job.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that I had to move rooms because we got a room that was a Jacuzzi. I paid for two room Jacuzzi King suite with kitchen and we had no hot water no Jacuzzi for the first night and all I got back was nine dollars. I paid $190 a night.

I can not believe that you can not take a a beverage in to the pool area I got asked to leave because I had a drink in the pool area and it was not even glass after a long trip it would have been nice to sit by the pool and relax! I will DEFINATLY NOT stay here again I will go down the road to the other hotel for the same price and enjoy a pop, water, juice or whatever by their pool side

Be careful of your dates. it is not always clear
Pros:

i booked online with a non cancellable reservation. I did not notice that the reservation was listed for the day i booked it rather than the day i was arriving.
On the date arrived the error was discovered and i had to pay for that night in addition to the on line charge. The hotel refused to refund the no show even though i
arrived and paid for the night that i thought was i the system.
They ended up getting two nights revenue, for an innocent computer error
I'm done with Wyndham !!!
