Great hotel with a good location. I’ve come back many times always a good choice. Great price to performance ratio.

The hotel is situated in an area close to many dining and entertainment options. The host are really nice people and will take good care of you. There is also an onsite restaurant and laundry services. It’s rooms at a great price and good people. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget room close to everything.

This is a continuation of a long term stay at this property. It is convenient due to the close proximity to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. The staff are kind and helpful. The on location restaurant has an extensive menu of mostly Thai and western foods. The standard room is good size for a solo traveler or couples.

The internet has been very consistent and I have had little to no trouble while streaming Netflix, surfing the web or connecting my laptop via HDMI cable. This continues to be a “recommend” for me. Also, priced at $17 to $28 US is quite reasonable. Especially for a short term stay.

This is a nice small hotel located on Soi Bongkot 8. There is easy access to all the nightlife areas via short motorbike trip (roughly 3-5 minutes) or walkable (10 minutes) if you are in decent physical condition. The standard rooms are furnished with a 32-inch HDtv, small work desk with chair and mirror, as well as a small dining table. The bed is queen size and firm. The wardrobe is quite large consisting of 3 standup closets with shelf storage included. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is also an on site restaurant with tasty Thai food and drinks open throughout the day and evening. Laundry services are also available on site so you don’t have to go far. The WiFi was also strong and consistent, as I was able to download programs and stream movies via Netflix, etc. you’re easily. It is a really good value for the price of $18-$22 dollars per night.

This is a honest review in no way vindictive. Firstly put 2000 bhat deposit down for a 15000 bhat month stay. @ 3 days before travel wanted to add a further 2000 bhat. Confrontation number 1 with the horror of a woman running the hotel. First room a wall for company on balcony, good enough to change for a front facing room. Bed rock hard and absolutely shot, creaking to breaking point, my God and the noise motorbikes screaming back and forth until around 6am. Prior to check out, had an incident we're i fell of the toilet with it almost landing on me, managed to straighten it and flushed and you can guess what went all over. So I reported it stating not bolted down merely cemented and bodged as obvious previous problem. Next day after repair almsot same again, merely pasted around pot, the fight number 2 as she wanted to charge me 1850 bhat re repair...not a bit of it...i then reported to her it's still not satisfactory as leaving, she purely ignored me and at this I lost my temper saying someone is going to get hurt..room cleaned once, with towels, in a month...better points, has cafe outside, security constant, wifi was ok, but never again

No clean in room

Need deep cleaning in rooms. Have Mold and bugs everywhere. Pretty ridiculous how it has declined in past 3 years.

Stayed here before and will certainly stay again.
The best OYO I have ever used - often they are less than wonderful !! But although this Is not in totally prime condition, I have no real criticisms. Room / bed / shower were all good.
The only niggle is the lack of a kettle & mugs - but that is not unusual in even 4* Thai hotels.
Bar / coffee prices are VERY reasonable.

Everything was dirty when we arrived. Dirty bedding/sheets and everywhere was covered in dust. Would not recommend to anyone!

Hotel needs improvement. Paint in rooms updated a must . Allso better cleaning service is a must . Restaurant is a bit expensive in my opinion . They head staff needs to work on the cleaning staff and have them clean rooms and hallways much better .

The hotel demanded extra money.

When we arrived to check in the lady told us they had over booked and we would have to find somewhere else to stay or we could pay for a more expensive room. This was at 7pm at night. She offered us to stay at another hotel if we wanted a cheap room but we left and found something else. It was a pretty bad way to start our journey in Pattaya.

Not a clean place very dirty room’s dirty. Tv screen and walls not been cleaned in months or years . Same with walls and patio
