The staff was very knowledgeable about area. I've stayed in this location many times over the last few years.

I did like the man to checked me in he was really kind!
It was dirty… and grungy..
Not much to like about the property. Its was the closest place that was reasonably priced for a night.
Didn’t necessarily feel safe. The rooms were decent but the floors needed more work and I saw lots of hair that was not mines or my friends. The walls are super thin and doors slam shut not quiet closes.
Clean dog friendly room
The hall ways wreaked of Marijuana and when I told the front desk he no longer understood or could speak English as he did when I checked in
Great breakfast !
Checkout a bit rushed
Our room on the second floor was very clean and quiet, with the exception of a few barks. The room has a large fridge and freezer, microwave and small sink. There is also an iron and ironing board.
It would nice to have some art on the walls and a light over the kitchen area and desk light.
I liked the location of the hotel. There were food options and gas stations in the immediate area, including a Denny's right next door. It was easy to find and easy to find my way back to. The woman I checked in with was pleasant and helpful. I have mobility challenges and requested a first floor room, and they accommodated my request.
The room was generally clean. The room floor was a little dirty. The floor in the hallway was a lot dirty. It was noisy in the morning so I thought maybe they were vacuuming, but they weren't. The room was no-frills, but a good value for the money. The toilet was working at night, but would not flush in the morning. The water at the "kitchenette" didn't work, but I used the bathroom sink. No hair dryer, but an iron & ironing board. The check-out guy was too preoccupied talking to his friend on the phone while checking out the person in front of me and me, so was not very attentive.
location
nothing
I liked that for the first 4 days i could keep my dogs there but that all changed.
. when my friend dropped off my 3 puppies for the night i was called a liar by the manager and told i needed to check out the next day. Sheb got half way down the hall and came back and told me no i want you out today so while i was packing up she called animal control they came out said there was nothing wrong with my dogs and told me the only thing is they needed to be in crates a little bit bigger other than that they all looked good. My dogs dont stay in crates only this time because i was being respectful to others and not letting my dogs ruffhouse
So just remember even though you book online and it dont tell you that your only allowed 2 dogs in your room you might want to as managment.
Good location
Hallway doors were broken, anyone could walk in 24/7
I didn't like that there wasn't any local channels available, so I could see the news.
The location was good. The Location was quiet. (People weren't) Right off the freeway, central to stores.
The guests were questionable. People with big dogs that don't pick up after them, letting them run down the halls late at night & barking early in the morning. Other folks walking around barefoot with very dirty feet. People smoking right where the entrance was. Not enough handicap parking, there was ONE and it was being used by a vehicle with no placard. Phone didn't work- wire was completely cut. People trying to sell us their personal belongings as we're packing to leave. People running down the street screaming...lol it was a LOT! The male receptionist and other employee was rude and not helpful. We stayed 2 nights and never came to Tidy the room or give us fresh towels. (We tried calling but again the phone line was cut)
The room was nice and big
Check out time is 11am. They came pounding on the door at 10:30a. We really didn't appreciate them knocking on the door 1/2 hour before check out time. They need to wait till 11 before checking on everyone
