Rundum toll. Ich bin froh, dass ich mich für dieses Hotel entschieden habe.
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war bombastisch. So etwas habe ich bisher in dem Preissegment noch nicht gesehen. Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, Zimmerwechsel aufgrund ruhigerer Lage zum Hof war kein Thema und wurde sofort angeboten, sensationelle Lage zur Altstadt. Vordere Zimmer mit Blick auf Elbe und Altstadt. Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit praktischem begehbaren Schrank.

Cons:

Die Betten waren etwas hart. Das ist aber Geschmacksache.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage, schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum und den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer sauber und viel Platz. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Jahrelang dabei, immer wieder gerne....
Pros:

Lage super, Frühstück absolut in Ordnung, wenn man Platz bekommt und nicht 10 Busse zum Frühstück da sind.
Service am Empfang auch gut so wie an der Bar ebenso

Cons:

Das Thema Duschvorhang. Vielleicht gibt es da auch Verbesserungen mit einer Tür!!!!°

War toll.
Pros:

Die Lage, unmittelbar am Terassenufer und damit schnell in der Altstadt. Semperoper ein Katzensprung und Gaststätten gab es reichlich. Wer mit dem Schiff unterwegs sein möchte, auch kein Problem.

Cons:

Es gab keine Beanstandungen. Alles klappte hervorragend.
